I'm not sure if you've received many PMs based off of this thread Factotum, but I think it's just fair warning (or rather a safety message to protect you and the buyer) that many (if not all) of these private trackers forbid the sell of invites.  I'm not here to cast judgement, just know what you are getting into and don't go around telling people on tracker forums "wow awesome stuff, ***** got me in here for just 0.25 BTC!".  lol I'm sure you explain this to anyone you do business with Factotum but just in case  .
