The project has just finished the pre-Ico stage on 4th June, and the Ico stage period was not announced yet. The bounty tokens will be paid aftet the ICO will finish.Please clarify when the ICO of this project is over?

The Indian team, contacts are only e-mail and telegram, the project is registered in Estonia. In addition, the project is very ambitious. Maybe this is a good scam?
