I had already guessed that this project would be die, because they were overexerting themselves by trying to lower softcap target even though developing project exchange would likely require a lot of funds and if their funds did not reach the hardcap it would be better to return funds to investors.

So far I think they will not refund investors and I doubt they will run away from investors' money, because for a long time it has been running without any development which means it is best to be careful

It's not just a matter of volume, users, and a few trading pairs but TowerX also applies a withdrawal fee which in my opinion is quite large compared to other exchangers. And this is what makes many users not interested to joining TowerX
