Interesting how this tower.bet will conduct the actual operations once it is out of the invite-only access?
Are you going to run a sig campaign here in the forum once you are already running your regular day-to-day operations?
I believe what you are doing, having the invite-only access will give you more time to fix any issues or bugs before the influx of players.

Thanks for inspiring words. I'll share it with my colleagues. Really we did our best working on the platform. This TLE was a challenge for our team. Nobody did anything like that before.

In a few words:

1. It was not scam. Otherwise we won't be getting hundreds of registrations per day. Those who got into the issue agreed to that. Time & growth of the platform confirmed direction we chose was correct. 

2. Most likely it was the first try on the market to run deposit bonus on low margin cryptogambling market.

3. Right now there are only a few casinos offering deposit bonus. Even in usual casino industry playing low house edge games doesn't count towards wagering requirements.

4. Our main mistake - not-satisfied player, communication issue that was not properly resolved and not enough information about bonus requirements.

5. Player who use the bonus didn't met wagering requirements, but expected to receive winnings after bonus cancellation. Here are the issue details

As to the new brand:

1. It's marketing. Better to have separated brands, not to blur positioning. DuckDice is only about dice. Tower is something new, from scratch. Trust me, we'll do everything we can to make it not a regular gambling website.

2. Technical goals (new platform with new opportunities). As you might know, new developments always have some technical risks. We've integrated a few new technologies and want to launch everything smoothly.

As to scam accusations. DuckDice issue was in the beginning of its story. We've learned a lot from that time. Also worked it out with all the players. DuckDice grew 10 times since that time, even with the red warning on our Bitcointalk thread. It's not the first year we are trying to get rid of it. So if there is anyone willing to help us with this task, we would be really grateful.

All in all this situation helped us to become stronger and more open. The best characteristic of each brand, team or person is ability to work on mistakes and change. We also change, in the matter of business ideas as well. And our new vision of promo is right now here for you - in a form of TLE.

1. For now it's not just HI-LO. It's a special event, which is time limited. Playing in HI-Lo, Crash or both games you get additional bonuses and help Santa to get new sleds. There are only 3 unique sleds players can get. Each one is a masterpiece from our graphical designer Which is really cool. As soon as first players assemble all of those sleds, we'll share those images in current thread.

2. Invite only - it's not our invention. Such model was already used. Goals might be different: it could be marketing or risks mitigation. Our case is more about risks - we think good product should market itself. It's also more about feeling the audience, listen to feedback, etc. We have created Discord group (invite-only access as well) where we discuss various features, achievements and improvements.

Seems duckdice team has grown up, it was a small dice website and now owns another website and operates it separately with different games, pretty good.
In overall website seems quite interesting with it's UI, your HI-LO game is amazing but if I were you, I would change design of crash game and would make it more interesting by adding some kind of animation and sound on crash.

Well, I typed in the website and entered my email to receive an invitation. I gotta say that the invite-only access to the website is probably going to limit the number of potentially interested customers, and it's very uncommon out here. I also noticed that the website allows you to login via the Duckdice account, and then I read that you are affiliated with it (I really did not notice it in the ANN thread). Anyway, Duckdice does not have good trust on Bitcointalk, as can be seen here. However, the feedback is old, so you might have a chance here if you don't repeat those mistakes, I guess. I'll be waiting for an invitation. So far, I like the design.

And what will be the additional bonus and benefits if we signup early ?  Also by limiting the signups through invite only, what is the main purpose ? Thanks for your question. We've almost started a fight inside our team, asked community for their ideas. We ended up deciding that DuckDice should be the best dice website on the market. And we really believe it is one of the top. With unique features and entourage.

As to the negative issues that happened a while ago, there were a lot of decisions made after that. We've made our team much stronger since that time, while in the beginning DuckDice had only 3 team mates.

Thanks for such a positive feedback. To be honest our fault is that we didn't make it work equally good for all mobile devices. But first sprint this year is dedicated to mobile view only. The first group of players we invited came from our userbase from DuckDice. Our aim was to make it exclusive for them at the first stage. We were running small TLEs at first. Now we are running much larger and fancier TLE, Pimp my Christmas, and now we're allowing some new players to join us.

Fortunately (or unfortunately we don't want to work on regular casino. Our goal is to bring something new and exceptional to the market. Basing our platform on traditional casino and crypto gambling logic, we aim to add something interesting and new. Current time limited event is one of the things nobody introduced on our market. And this event won't be available anytime again. So it's a real one-time-only thing. We did it on purpose. To be honest, it's quite an expensive initiative and not always profitable, but we're a bit romantic. So we want to make money not just to get more money, but to bring more fun. For both you and us.

We were allowing our players database to join first, so DuckDice users received their invites first. If you registered at that time, you still can play. As to the house edge, it's not like you calculated if you count meta-bonuses like Chests and Moneybox.
