Wow... do you mean it support to withdraw via skrill? And how about the fees? I don't see any explain.
Unfortunately no. They say that you can't use Skrill itself on a Bitcoin exchange.

- Increased minimal order limit.
- Fee for withdrawing funds to Perfect Money has been decreased to 1%.
- From now it's possible to withdraw RUB directly to your debit/credit card. Visa, Mastercard. Fee for these transactions are 2% + 100.00 RUB.
