Just do note that cmc's warnings are late so, by the time you see a certain "notice", the issue has become widespread, just like in this case.  So if you see an exchange without warning, that doesn't mean its good.

Same with others, I've used this for like two times? before this whole issue and that was it. I have never really considered small exchanges for regular use as they are more susceptible in this kind of acts.

Yes, it's really late, they do not read any update on the exchange on their list until someone reported them, it's important that you get an update on the status of your exchanges and you can get a good update if you check from time to time on the scam sections, still the best place to check for status of exchanges.

The same guy is the founder of Tradesatoshi and Cryptopia exchange - Adam Clark https://twitter.com/landofcrypto/status/1131899681473290240?s=20
I think it is enough information about them.
Also, he founded a new one Assetylene https://decrypt.co/7132/cryptopia-hack-liquidation-new-exchange

I'm glad that Coinmarketcap is giving its reader a warning like that, we already have two reports on TradeSatoshi, people should leave this exchange and look for a better one, they will do an exit scam like what the other exchanges are doing so take these warnings seriously.

Trade satoshi is fine before and traded a few shitcoins but right now I refuse to use their service again until I found some evidence.
Check this post and read posts inside of this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.50352409

They have few alt accounts here on the forum to defend tradesatoshi exchange which is obvious.

"Always be careful if you going to trade big amount to exchanges like this always use the search button or google until you find if the trading site is safe or not."

thanks for the heads up. i saw them listed in this thread and was considering using them for some low cap coins.
Don't blindly follow everything you see and read on bitcointalk. That fool maybe was just creating that thread with intentions to get merits or post for his signature campaign. Had he been so good at doing his research, he'd not be including that coin on his list in the first place.

it sure seems like legit no-KYC exchanges that will tolerate USA traders are becoming scarce. after binance kicks us out, we'll have kucoin and.......what else?
You've an option to throw Donald Trump out in the next election.

It's good that you have reminded us about trade satoshi, they have also left the forum renaming the title of their thread into 'Bye bye Bitcointalk'.

This is the thread: bye bye bitcointalk  Sad

They also have negative feedback the same reminder that you have told.

And of course, this general rule applies to all: Never leave substantial money on exchanges
Yes, just don't trust them with an enormous amount money.
They obviously have been running this for long and they can pull the plug at anytime.I wouldn't touch them now even with a ten-foot pole.I think they are even running a trade promo now to lure users.

so what is better to do with satoshi exchange? looks suspicious
As mentioned, stay away from them. Don't deposit any coin there if you don't want to waste your time there. You can search as many as you can about the reviews about them and it's not just few people but many of them complains about them.

That would be enough for you to consider to find another and better exchange. Choose the reliable and reputable one, there are still few that are existing like that.

Never use this exchange even I have some coins that listed on this exchange. I suggest you stay away to this exchange because I heard a lot about this exchange they are well-known for blocking your account without any reason.

Look at this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/tradesatoshi-beware-blocking-without-reasons-5118992 and this one https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/tradesatoshi-locking-out-users-to-steal-funds-5121465

So if you have some coins there better to take them out from the exchange and transfer it to your own wallet to keep your coins safe.

We are having a proliferation of crypto-currency exchanges, normally, this would be a good thing as it would mean traders now have multiple options to chose from and new projects get listed much more easily. But the fears remains that this could be the next breed for exit scams or systematic stealing from users. I was checking out Trade Satoshi in other to do some background checks before I can open an account with them, I got the warning above that they are withholding users funds. Let's be very careful with this exchange.
