I still haven't received any money from Tradehill, and I will always consider Jered Kenna a thief.
Let me repeat this important fact: JERED KENNA IS A THIEF !

Bitcoin is a great invention, but I'm really disgusted and at the same time amazed about how naive some people can be.

Jered Kenna owes me some money...
and if you look up owe in wiktionary.org you will find this definition:
To be under an obligation to give something back to someone or to perform some action for someone.

Some people seem to think that it is my obligation to track down Jered, and I he succeeds in hiding, then he doesn't owe me any money - HOW NAIVE !!!

But, I have tried contacting him several times, asking for my money back, but he just ignores me.
And that's why he is a thief, that should be in prison.

So please, love bitcoin and hate the scammers, and don't be so fucking naive !!!

And rest assured Jered Kenna, I'm not forgetting...

Thanks for listening to an angry bitcoin lover !

Jerad is probably still morning the death of his grandmother: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:37KPkB4fl6UJ:obits.oregonlive.com/obituaries/argus/obituary.aspx%3Fpid%3D158230059+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us#fbLoggedOut

Note: Don't bother searching for Kenna in that obit, but is it the same Jerad Jered (I, Bruno, edited).

It's weird that Jered's name would be mis-spelled in something like that.

Why would he change his first and last name?

Isn't TradeHill shut down like 13 February 2012 ?
If there's no contact until June 2012, there's no chance you'll get your money back.
I was on vacation when it closed and I never heard!

Just keep spaming him. He will reply sooner or later. Took me few months to get my money from TH, but in the end I got it.
Btw. here's info about new project of Jered. If you are in hurry and live nearby, I guess you can reach him there Cheesy

ocbtc: I couldn't agree more.
Once I contacted Tradehill, because I had discovered a problem with the API.
It was spitting out tickers, where the bid price where larger than the ask price - which is impossible - and this had been going on for months.
The reply let me believe that they would fix the problem, but months later nothing had happened, and I realized that they just didn't care. And this wasn't the only problem !
Actually I don't believe Tradehill has ever been fair market for anyone...

...but there is a saying, that one should not mistake stupidity for malice.
And while I'm waiting I remind myself.

But obviously my patience is not without limits, and each day I'm getting closer to the following (obvious) conclusion:
Jered would rather keep the money for himself, and that's the reason why he is so hard to contact !

I can still only post here - even though this is my post number six ?

I still haven't received any reply from Tradehill Sad
Still waiting...
Personally I just think this is amateur hour: Why close the site because the exchange has closed, where's the information ?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you also need at least 4 hours logged.

Give him another week or two. Jered's working on other projects and probably doesn't spend much time looking through claims emails which were probably almost entirely resolved many months ago. He's not scammy or shady, just busy. Fwiw, I don't believe he checks this forum.

Another thing, how do I get permission to post in the Trading subforum, where this really belongs ?

Once you have 5 or more post.
