I would highly recommend that you stop trading with
@TradeSatoshi
If your account info is even slightly incorrect, you lose everything.

They say: Sorry at the moment we don't cater User's updating their information.

So you cant get your account verified, therefore you cant trade or withdraw your crypto, what a great way to scam people.

If your suffering the same issues, please retweet this and tag @tradesatoshi

TradeSatoshi has nothing to UK now. It was dissolved in UK on July 2018, newly registered in Hong Kong and has much staff from Venezuela - that can possibly point to the real owner.

Tradesatoshi owners need to be exposed read this thread as well

If they get away with scamming users, the owners need to be exposed..I mean, users need to send in passports, fotos, sensitive info but no where can you find out who owns the exchange or who is responsible for support.

Their TOS say they are subject to HK law.

They are registered in Hong Kong

My fund was stolon from trade satoshi exchange in 2017. I just deposit 1280 ACChain (ACC) coin worth of 1000$+ but long time i didn't log in my account. Than suddenly i see ACC coin is delisting than i trying to withdraw my token but several times they cancelled withdrawal request and i make ticket to connect support but i didn't get any respond.

That is typical scam behaviour.

When conducting scams the exchanges use any tactic possible just to including delaying and ignoring users.

I am sorry to hear about the way you lost over $1000 at Tradesatoshi. I hope more and more people learn about the truth and stop using Tradesatoshi scammer exchange.

2. Lock account require KYC 'personal identification' details.
3. Lock field with 'real name'
4. Reject KYC because name is not match ID [cause locked can't change it]
5. Keep users funds

Not sure what you're on about, that pic you uploaded is just a delisting warning.

Forced KYC and honestly, would you trust giving up your personal information to an exchange like tradesatoshi? Hey, just scan your passport, send me your address and picture of your kids and wife's maiden name and you can can access an account..oh, and bank account info while you are at it...trust us with your most sensitive information.  Roll Eyes

I would never trust Tradesatoshi. As a result of them selective scamming another user I added them to my Scam Alert signature: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/tradesatoshi-beware-blocking-without-reasons-5118992

Sending them your passport and banking details would be extremely foolish.

A happy family is but an earlier heaven!
This Exchange is also a long time ago, but in the winter like most of them are struggling with survival, everything is possible, now we only believe in exchange DEX, but the ability of the machine Your hacked property is also high. I am so sorry for you

If you keep any big sum of coins on an exchange, you're almost more at fault than the exchange. How many pwned exchanges does it take for people to realize to get their coins immediately off the exchange once your done trading.

exactly my thoughts , the users who keep large amounts of coins anywhere but their cold wallets are risking too much
and especially after this many scams/"hacks" , people never learn
on the other hand it doesn't change the fact that scamming others is bad and I hope tradesatoshi is not another bunch of scamming female reproductive organs

It's not that 'people never learn', there are always new people keep coming into the space, when one learns there is another who is new and falls for the scam (and then learns).

I agree that it is not wise to keep more than you can afford to lose on an exchange but that doesn't make it right for an exchange to lock users out of accounts, force unreasonable kyc all of sudden and simultaneously announce a bunch of coin delistings.

I guess we will see if they are simply just  "another bunch of scamming female reproductive organs" Grin

It’s sad when this kind of things happen and honestly it’s not a good thing to experience. The best thing to do is to just avoid this kind of exchanges that can wake up tomorrow and be no where to be found. Even though TradeSatoshi has been here  for quite a while and I feel they still have mind of being here  for long so they might probably want to defend this and give an explanation to it.

I hope you are right. That was my feeling as well but so far asking normal civilized questions on twitter will get you banned and many users are having to force kyc without any notice and they are locking accounts- that is not good practice.  Lets see if they are around in a few months.

I can't upload screenshot of picture my twitter account being blocked or being kicked out of discord chat for asking simple questions.
This is a picture of another user who was banned by support https://i.imgur.com/eZV1bAi.png for wanting access to their account.

Uploaded your image so people can see easily.

I've been seeing around about tradesatoshi issue and it looks like they're caught up while people can't do anything about it but to warn others to spare using it.

Sharing personal information with any exchange is not advisable. There are exchanges that do not assk fo any KYC Ex: CoinSwitch, Bitmex etc., buy and trade anonymously.

I dont find any point in share my details.

I agree, depending on the type of information and how much how it you are sharing, also depending on the exchange itself - Is it really trustable?.

Other platforms have done the same to their users in and out of Bitcoin, seems like common practice. However, unless something really fishy is going on i don't agree and wouldn't support those practices at all.

It heavily depends on how many users and the actual why, looking deep inside the issue to be sure. That could take some time.

Tradesatoshi support was bad since they opened their exchange and everyone complaint about it so there is no surprise now they are not replying to your messages accusing them of scamming you. You should have avoided this exchange in the first place since they are not licensed and the trading volume on their website was very low which proves a lot of people don't trust it

So that is an excuse to lock out users and force very suspect kyc policy without warning on users. And honestly who knows how they will use that information.

I suspect they are doing it only to users with balances worth taking or balances with coins they wish to delist, but that is only speculation but the timing seems suspicious. Regardless it really stinks what they are up to, ask the fellow below who can't access his account all of a sudden even while jumping through their kyc BS hoop.

Is the lesson in crypto... "if you are dumb to have an exchange lock you out of your account and take funds, then you deserve it"? Crypto truly has a toxic culture. But thanks for the advice.
