on the other hand if the gift card is not carded no one guarante that someone will not claim later his credit card details got stolen and make a chargeback
Escrow is worthless because by the time Amazon figures out that the card was purchased with a stolen credit card, the thief already has your Bitcoins and you're on the hook for the amount of the goods you purchased.

If you buy something with them and it ships, you're good. Until then though, you're always liable to get screwed.

Unless you're offering a discount, not many are going to be interested besides scammers. Check around, amazon cards usually sell for 5 - 10% off. Could always go to gyft direct, get the card instantly without waiting for escrow and there would be a lot less risk.
