I am using Bitstamp and BTC-E and have never experienced real problems. The only exchange I had serious problems with was Cryptsy back in the days. Deposits (BTC and several alts) taking days to post, orderbooks not updating live due to lags, slow platform, etc. And eventually it turned out to be a scam....

Any trading issues?
Withdrawal from a certain crypto currency? Any problems?
Deposits? Buying problems or selling takes time and the price already changed.
The percentage they take whenever you exchange it back to bitcoin, are they higher or lower?
Which website takes a higher percentage?

Please share to make all of us aware of this circumstances.
Thank you.

i am not having any experience on trading issues, maybe its about waiting the time of confirming transaction and i am fine with that. for deposit and withdraw, i think i am not have any bad experience too. but if you mean about arbitrage, i said yes, its needs time to be completed and it takes longer than deposit or withdrawal.

for the percentage, as long as i am trading, i don't mind with the percentage in the market exchange, as long as i can make a profit, its should be fine for me. i don't make calculation about the website that takes higher percentage so i don't know.

all the problems that you listed can be found in your signature site Yobit and i have actually experienced all of them in this exchanger!

not saying these never happen anywhere else, obviously any other place is also subjected to the same problems but the difference is always in the number of occurrences and also the way the owner of that exchange service (aka the support team) is going to handle the problems.

Had a problem with getting my Dash out of Yobit about 1.5 months ago, and it pissed me off to no end.  The problem is, you never know when an exchange is just going to up and disappear with everything, like Cryptsy did.  I'd say having to worry about whether your exchange is going to survive the night is really bad.

Other than that, I haven't had issues with trades not going through.  I've been pretty fortunate.  The altcoin trading world is kinda crazy, and I'm taking an extended break from it.

That is why you do not keep your coins in the exchange for too long. You have to transfer it to your wallet so you will not risk losing them when the exchange/trading sites suddenly disappear. You just have to bear with the transfer fees.

The issues you mention are mostly the trading platform dependent. When you are choosing a reputed trading platform, you will not face any issues.

Not in bitcoin trading, but in my Forex trading I have faced the many issues like order is not getting executed and not connecting to live market are some of major issues, I have faced in my trading.

This is correct, those issues would be   on the  platform and  as a trader we should  really  find a reputable  trading site   if we dont  like  to  experience this  things well there are really times that we cant avoid  this circumstances  but we could always  contact their support if we  experiencing  problems.

I haven't any issues either as I trade even though I am still new with trading I am able to be comfortable. But if I have issues I think there is really none and that is just going to depend on the trading platform that you are using. And on bitcoin, there is no issue at all as the bitcoin trading is already well established.

Well said and thanks for clearing that out. I think I forgot to tell the thing is altcoin to bitcoin and vice versa.

How about the live markets with different prices? How do you deal with it? Are you picking a website that sells it way cheaper even if it is not that reputable?

you should only choose the reputable and popular exchanges to do your business on. and if you take a look at the prices in these types of sites you can see that they all have same rates.

actually one of the ways to see if an exchange site is good or not is to see if the price is always having delays and also checking the spread. these two can show you how much volume they actually have.

i have had all of these issues on your signature site (YOBIT)
they are the worst and i have had delays, problems with withdrawals and also deposits because they don't mange the wallets well.
i have also found that they have such big fees for withdrawals especially for money related withdrawals.

I trade altcoins to bitcoin and vice versa and I'm not involved in fiat <=> bitcoin exchanges as I prefer more the altcoins trading.

There are some issues with exchanges that sometimes the deposit is not recorded in their system and they should fix it manually.

Sometimes the withdrawal can take a long time and you should contact the support. The withdrawal fees is almost the same mostly 0.15% to 0.25%.

In 2014, Central banks across the world simultaneously issued warning against the use of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The warning stated that these cryptocurrencies are not backed by any central bank and the volatile nature of these digital currencies poses a risk for investments. In many places, even the banks and financial institutions were issued warning against dealing with digital assets like bitcoin.

Since then many countries have relaxed their stance towards bitcoin, except for few like Russia, China, Thailand and Vietnam. Bitcoin doesn’t enjoy any legal status and these governments’ ambiguous stance towards bitcoin makes it borderline illegal.

GDAX has been known to crap out. Kraken is a specialist in flaking out in times of excitement. Gemini did their fat finger rollback. These are all solid Bitcoin trading platforms. They've all had modest issues.

So anything can really come out with some issues? I am not looking for a perfect one but the one who could deal with the problems and make a move fast into fixing it is the ideal one. And there aint one right?

Any trading platforms could be a scam anytime they want without further notice. That is just really sad.

Both alt coins and bitcoins will be having different trading prices in different exchanges that is due to no one will be controlling all the exchanges at the same time. Prices are just fluctuating based on the trader's buying selling activities. So, we cannot expect same price across exchanges.

We can choose any exchanges but we must check their reputation before dealing with them. There are a lot of incidents, that exchanges scammed traders.
