I don't think there is a right one, it is the skills and knowledge that are the trader that lead to profit. What is true is the crypto's market offers many advantages and MintMe allows you to take advantage of them.

I prefer to trade in cryptocurrency instead of the forex one because in crypto we can hold coins that we trade as long as we want until we get the expected profit. Even though we are in a downtrend, we still haven't lost yet as long as we still hold our coins.

Well said although the profit you can get from forex is well different from that of cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency trading only gets a edge over forex when the same amount of capital is used for both market especially when the capital isn't that much. For instance, I prefer trading with $100 on cryptocurrency market then trading with it on forex. But once again experiences, just as you have said plays a major role on who profits more. The forex market is too complex while the cryptocurrency market is very simple.
I set a goal to increase my BTC holdings. So I don't care trading with crypto or fiats.

So far, I am trading cryptocurrencies, and I like to do that. Once I check on the fiat trading like in the forex but then I decide to forget it because at that time, I must prepare big money to start and I don't have money. But then I knew cryptocurrency, and I can collect by free from faucet which I can use for trade until now. I don't have much trade experience and only trying to make a profit even for the small profit.
That is one way of looking at it. In forex, you should have a handful of money to gain profit. In crypto on the other hand, you can trade even with small amount of coins. You can start small and if you know what you are doing, you can end up getting good amount of money. But you should take into account the charges like trading fees or withdrawal fees because sometimes they eat a lot of your funds if we are talking small amount of money here.
I think it's because they are just more experienced. Don't think that you're a loser based on the comparison. It's okay to have small profits, or don't have them at all. We all were beginners just like you and went through that too. Just don't fall into despair, be patient and continue learning and trying various techniques, strategies. By the way, have you thought about some trading tools? For example, some simple info bots may ease your trading destiny. There are many of them, but I can speak only of what I've tried: info bot from CEX (https://t.me/CexIoInfoBot) if very helpful. Such bots are designed to monitor the crypto market, follow price changes and inform about them in notifications.
I have traded in forex or fiat for seven years and to some extent, it is stable than cryptocurrency except you have to be highly intelligent and knowledgeable in the things that affect both the country of the currencies you are trading. Forex or fiat trading has a large market that run in trillion of dollars and comparing it with the market (cryptocurrency market) that is just around $300,000,000,000 will not add up in terms of volatile and stability. Bitcoin trading has given more profits than fiat trading but it is a very highly risky market.
Cryptocurrency market might be volatile, but that is actually what makes it more profitable than Forex trading, without margin trade in Forex trading, there is no way you can make much profit because of its stability which does not give room to much profit, so far we can manage the volatility of cryptocurrency trading, I think it is still the best way to make money. The only thing with cryptocurrency trading is that it is usually not for newbies, because not many newbies knows how to deal with its volatility, so for a newbie, the best would be for them to trade fiat, and if they have to go intro cryptocurrency trading, then they should just join the grow up of long term investors, whereby they buy some of these top cryptocurrency, and then wait till it increases to sell.

And even in this case, the trader must have a lot of experience and then there is no difference between trading in fiat currencies or cryptocurrency. Of course there are certain features of trading, if we compare the cryptocurrency exchange and Forex, but nevertheless the framework is erased for the professional.

If your friends trade with fiats at currency market, therefore it can be Forex trading.
Since I joined here in the forum, I begun with crypto trading up to now it is the one who helped

This is probably true in a crypto bear market... Besides, op made this post during the bear market... which explains his little profits compared to his friends trading on forex.

Crypto to crypto or crypto to fiat,both were profitable based on how good we are doing trading with it,so if you are making less profits than your friend you need to know how to increase your profits by changing your strategy or change the trading style. Kindly share your experience?
Each market has its own regularity. If you learn to see them, it does not matter what you trade crypto or fiat, you can still get a good profit.
