Let's discuss about our future here, since we talk about bitcoin all the time, I like to break that a bit and with some realistic questions for our future. We are all are thinking of our future, so I like to get your opinion between the two on what will you choose to secure your future.

I prefer to have both the market is highly volatile for you to cast your whole trust and investment in the market, and you will end up losing a big portion of your portfolio if you do not have a traditional business to sustain your daily needs.

And we have a saying that if money is not working for you while you are sleeping then you will miss a chance to make money, both have advantages and disadvantages and having both of them in your venture will fave the way for financial security, it's like putting your eggs in many baskets to guaranty your profit.

Pero ganun na nga, may iba iba tayong pananaw tungkol sa pagi invest sa real estate.
Same to you, One of the factors that i considered when buying a land and real estate is the location, particularly if you'll be use it in business.  Take note, all investment is risky, but you have to determine which is worth the risk. For now, i would say that investing in real estate is practically good because alam naman natin na ang value ng mga real estate is palaging tumataas, Once na may nakita kang binebenta lupa in a lower price, then you must investigate about the whole location before you decide to buy and invest in real estate.

I don't actually choose one of them to be honest. Why? Because traditional business won't work for me I've been there before and nothing happened. Investing in Bitcoin won't work as well since I am having a hard time with it's volatility since I need cash flow for my family's needs. Though I am here investing my time and effort to earn fractions of Bitcoin but yeah if ever I need to invest on something it would be real estate and collectible silver and gold coins.

for the real estate especially condo to townhouse, It will become a business if it gives you a profit, one of the best investment is real estate tlga. For me, icoconsider ko Talaga both if traditional business and investing in crypto lalo na if I have enough source of funds as long as kaya nating ihandle. May iilan na hindi swerte sa Negosyo and that's okay, pumili lang tyo ng right venture for us na alam nating makakatulong satin in the future.

Yeah, but maybe we can only say Bitcoin is a source of passive income if it guarantees profit but it is not as there is no such investment that can give guaranteed profits. Still, we consider it as passive income in a way that we don't need to take such actions except for holding it and selling it when we are comfortable doing it for profit. I forgot to include having a regular and stable job for now even if it is just a part-time or working remotely/working from home aside from owning a business and investing in Bitcoin. It's really great to have multiple sources as long as you can still handle them and manageable.

Siguro mainam na subukan ang dalawa at wag nang pumili kahit isang option dyan dahil mas mainam talaga na may multiple source of income tayo para di tayo tumagilid pag yung inaasahan nating bagay ay bumagsak lalo na kung sa bitcoin tayo aasa dahil di talaga araw-araw pasko dito since maraming pagkakataon na bagsak ang market at dun may malaking chance na matatalo tayo. Although wala din namang kasiguruhan sa pag nenegosyo physically pero kapag napag aralan mo ang iyong market at kung ano ang may demand sa lugar nyo siguro mag succeed ka dito.

Ang tanging gagawin mo lamang ay kung pano mo ma maintain ang iyong physical na negosyo at gumawa ng iba't-ibang bagay para tangkilikin ka ng iyong mga costumers. Sa ngayon kumita nako sa crypto at nag eexplore ako sa mga physical na negosyo dahil gusto ko talaga makapagtayo ng negosyo na magbibigay ng sustainable na kita sakin.

We have a saying, do not put everything in one basket. And hanggang ngayon I believed on that, we must always find a ways to have multiple sources money wise. So it's either you invest on bitcoin, stocks, real state or putting up a business.

At least you have several options under you, if one fails then you have others to cover for you. Like in bitcoin, for sure marami sa tin had experienced on 2017 bull run. And we thought that it's going to continue. Pero later on, we realized that bitcoin invested has it's ups and down, may bear and bull market. So kung umasa lang tayo sa kanya nung 2018-2019 so malamang hirap tayo. So we need to diversify as much as we can at maraming source of income.

Ako din naman naniniwalsa bagay na yan at ginagawa ko payan til now para makapag-aacumulate ng mga cryptocurrency na sa tingin at palagay ko ay makakapagbigay ng magandang profit sa hinaharap. Hindi ko kasing nagawang makapag-ipon nung mga panahon ng 2021 dahil nung 2019 nagsimula ang pandemic.

But this time na paparating ang halving na alam ko ring magkakaroon na ng maagang bull sa pagpasok ng 2024 ay ngayon palang ay nag-iipon na ako kahit pano ng mga holdings ko para sa paparating na bull run dahil ayaw ko rin naman na ma zero o taga-panuod lang ako sa mga ngyayari sa araw mismo ng bull run.

Okay lang yan kabayan kasi may kanya kanya naman tayong preference. Kung ang tingin mo lang kay Bitcoin ay parang other source of income, okay lang kasi totoo naman na kumikita ka gamit ang Bitcoin at okay na okay din yang mga investments na sinabi mo dahil traditional investments din yan.

Investing in bitcoin. Ang bitcoin kasi, alam mo na long term ang investment mo at hindi kailangan na lagi't lagi kang nagpaplano or nagiinovate gaya ng g business. Tingin ko kasi unlike investing in bitcoin na malaki yung chance na maraming makagawa (basta may pera and knowledge), yung business hindi kasi sya para sa lahat (like me). Kasi maglalaan ka talaga ng oras doon lalo na kung ang inoofer mo ay goods.

Pero hindi naman natin kailangan na ilimit yung sarili natin between investing in bitcoin and traditional business. Marami namang income streams na pwede nating aralin para madagdagan yung income natin.

Traditional Business - Kailangan ng Abilidad at malalim na kaalaman tungkol sa negosyong papasukin dahil Hindi to basta basta lang na magtatayo ka at mag operate dahil surely malulugi ka lang at babagsak.

It's important na meron ka munang consistent source ng pera for necessities at enough savings for emergencies. Kung wala ka nyan, huwag pagsabayin ang business at investments.
