You are asking too much, there is no way to do not pay those fees

no transfer or admin charge apply when transferring BTC?

I will explain it to you so you can understand it easily:

- You need to pay fees in order to make miners look at your TX and complete it.
- If you do not pay fees, no one is going to mine your block, it means that your transaction is going to be ignored.
- Better to afford some bucks, and do not risk your whole transaction.

it is simple as that, dont be so greedy, they are just $3 or $4

There used to be some dodgy gambling sites which offered no fee when withdrawing from them, but I don't think they do that anymore.

If you found a site which did allow you to send zero-fee transactions, they'd most likely keep a very close eye on your transactions to make sure you weren't using it like a normal wallet.

Just have your coins in a wallet that you control, and send with the lowest fees that you can get away with.

Almost all Bitcoin transactions require a fee, we all know that the amount of fees we spend will have an impact on the delivery time of Bitcoin. So when the amount of fees we spend is very small then the transaction takes a longer time to break the blockchain. This is a normal thing in digital currency, so we might not be able to get Bitcoin shipments in the absence of a fee. This is an obligation and all wallet and exchange services must comply with this.
