Is there any possibility of losing the bitcoins?
Where were they sent from?
Most likely this transaction will disappear in another day or so, and the bitcoins will show up back in the senders wallet.

I'd start by sending a message to MtGox support right away letting them know that the transaction is not confirming.
I'd include a screenshot of the transaction from blockchain.info.
I'd also keep a copy of that screenshot for myself so I have the details if/when the transaction eventually disappears.
Possibly MtGox is already aware of the issue and will send a new transaction once this one is dropped from the memory pool, but if you see it disappear and don't see the bitcoins return to your balance at MtGox, I'd send another message asking them to investigate.
