thanks for the help spin, any ideas on fixing it manually?  or just wait it out..

There is nothing to fix manually.  From what you've said, it doesn't sound like anything is broken.

Transaction 4b121383c038119ef4917d6ead562953c520b7b4e0002b2601a2045a7014a55b was sent without a transaction fee, so it will take a while to confirm.

If you want to make sure that your Bitcoin-Qt wallet always pays at least 0.0001 BTC fee, you can set it in "Options".

So, once the transaction gets confirmed (if it ever does), will the address 1CnPmX9uLm17kSQ6mfeMHvD9sELC2sPybC appear in my wallet?

Should it already be there?  If not, I don't own an address 1CnPmX9uLm17kSQ6mfeMHvD9sELC2sPybC

It should be there.  The bitcoin-qt generates quite a few addresses that it doesn't show until they are needed.  The 1CnP... address should be there.

Ok cool, I found it in a dump of addresses I made with pywallet.

Firstly change:https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Change

The transaction of 0.5382 is made taking 1BTC and splitting it into 0.5382 to 1VEfHJ7e8bcarhUrsaYut4nMQD3TvYDsm  and 0.4618 change to what should be another address in your wallet at 1CnPmX9uLm17kSQ6mfeMHvD9sELC2sPybC

This transaction does not have any fees.

I never knew waht change was, thank for showing me that.

How can I fix this issue manually, I tried this but to no avail, because pywallet does not see any of the transactions i mentioned. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/faq-all-about-unconfirmed-0-confirmation-transaction-fee-read-before-posting-232979

Hello, I have been having some trouble the last couple days transacting bitcoin.  I have tried researching extensively how to figure this out on my own but I'm just not getting anywhere.  I don't really know where else to turn.  So, here is the problem.

some backstory
-I bought 1 btc from coinbase, here is the transaction on blockchain.info
https://blockchain.info/tx/6ecd201e4b64fdd42e790366cdcab4dd6bd64a740232be59c5f11345ebb42d41
this transaction worked out fine and i received my coins, my receiving address was  1KGuwqd2zg3mc8gWMpDBFgx2bzMgUzkJxM

-more than a week later I initiated this transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/ebedb266d8285100b3705df602c4b1d363f33b45b58a0af6432bcc88168edf9f
It seemed to confirm fine i think i payed a small fee on it. It was a very small amount(0.0011211), my sending address was 1JhxkuH7Z8t9roaXdRadfyS1C33bPS36Rn

Here is where the problems start
-soon after I send another small amount(0.00212111) with this transaction ID b3282fdf25c220319d23280f77174a4f5b50b78962e2a9e3f45d4268877728f2
it has gone unconfirmed for over 2 days now, and there is no record of it on blockchain.info.
i don't recall the bitcoin client asking me to pay any fees, I just sent it and that's it.
I've been reading about transactions being forgotten and funds being "lost"

-after that, I then sent a good amount of coin(0.5382) to try and trade on cryptsy. txid 4b121383c038119ef4917d6ead562953c520b7b4e0002b2601a2045a7014a55b-00
Here's where it gets weird.  In my wallet the funds have subtracted fine, they just have 0 confirms. again i don't think bitcoin-qt prompted me to pay any fees when i sent the transaction.
On blockchain.info It shows that the transaction was for the amount of 1 BTC not the 0.5382 BTC that I know i sent and that my wallet confirms I sent.
here is the transaction on blockchain https://blockchain.info/tx/4b121383c038119ef4917d6ead562953c520b7b4e0002b2601a2045a7014a55b
I never initiated a transaction to the address listed 1CnPmX9uLm17kSQ6mfeMHvD9sELC2sPybC
I only sent to the address cryptsy provided for me which was 1VEfHJ7e8bcarhUrsaYut4nMQD3TvYDsm

Why does blockchain say I sent 1 BTC?  my wallet says for that transaction I sent 0.5382 BTC

I tried to use pywallet to delete the transaction and send again, this time with fee. But even stranger, none of my addresses parsed by pywallet show any of the transactions I mentioned in this thread so far.  Why?!
    i used this as a guide https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/guide-delete-your-0unconfirmed-transactions-in-30-seconds-35214
I tried to broadcast the transaction manually, but it wouldn't, just error

I'm just really confused here, and I have no idea why blockchain is showing the wrong amount for a transaction.  If that gets confirmed somehow would 1 BTC be subtracted from me even though i never sent that much?

I really don't want to lose btc just because I didn't pay a fee that i wasn't even prompted to pay in the first place.

I really need somebody with more experience to help me out with this.  If it's not really clear please ask me to clarify.
