Does this project belong to NEU or seperate?
Or is there any relation?

Neufund developed the application, but it's open source and everybody can add their projects.

Huh Hi i see that the project have no new commits in around a month, maybe you require some more members to develop this great idea or maybe open it to be managed in a decentralized or democratic/meritocratic way?

Project is open for community. Everybody can make a pull request and add new ICOs. We are currently focused on releasing our platform, so more effort is focused somewhere else.

There was in fact one pull request recently added by community so we are going to review it shortly and add to the list.
Very good, in fact, it is very difficult to do an ico survey website, and you need to get more real and valid information.

I agree there should be a way to keep it active/alive. Otherwise it will go waste. They can be find some incentive ways to add projects.

The ICO Transparency Monitor (https://icomonitor.io/) is a tool to:

  • learn whether a given ICO is transparent and can be trusted
  • access real-time in-depth statistics on the listed ICO contracts

The ICO Monitor serves as a transparency benchmark for the community to better evaluate offerings and make informed decisions based on objective metrics.

ICO Monitor is an open platform where everybody can contribute.

I like the core idea of this program but am unaware whether it really works. Some ICO's are not scams but are rather a "bad investment" which cannot be detected, except if checking reviews very closely.

As i mentioned before the idea behind icomonitor is not to valuate the projects but to check if the smart contracts and what is stated in the ICO is actually true and transparent. It's just a step in helping everybody to evaluate the project and potential investment.

Neufund is behind developement of this project but it's fully opensourced and anybody can add their ICO by a pull request in Github.

1. Titanium - the project will usher in a new era of network construction
2. Cointed (CTD) - a partnership between Cointed, Nvidia and TAS Group enabled this token to come into existence. Promotes green mining and Crypto ATMs launch in Europe
3. Giftz.io - a loyalty program into the blockchain, indeed something interesting. Also, it deals with augmented reality. Partnership with BlockV

Can we get a check on those? They look legit but I want to be sure.

https://www.watertech.io/

This is an ICO to invest in, not like other "dream ICO's"

This one, on the other hand, looks fishy...Can we also get it checked?
Thanks!

I like the core idea of this program but am unaware whether it really works. Some ICO's are not scams but are rather a "bad investment" which cannot be detected, except if checking reviews very closely. However, can somebody check these three:

All of these ICO's are projects in which I have invested and am currently pretty satisfied. Try them out and let me know what you think.

The monitor can't be trusted itself. I can see some crap projects getting green light while some great projects  earned red light. Not worth the time.

We don't do valuation of project - we are only valuating smart contract and transparency

This is a good site, but I don't understand what transparency means, the open source of the ICO project code. Or is it relatively trustworthy?

When you click on the "see more" next to each ICO you can see what is evaluated during the review

When I click on "ICO Statistics see more" a message pops up saying Server returned error: 502. This happens for all ICOs.
I was looking for some popular ongoing ICOs and I couldn't find them on your Transparency Monitor. Where can I suggest new projects for your transparency analysis?

Do you still get an error?

You can create a pull request and add ICO by yourself, the team will just do the review:

I have not heard of this product and am not making an endorsement. But if the crypto industry does not regulate its self the government will.
