BEP20 is cheaper. either sending from a crypto wallet such as trust wallet or from an exchange. If I'm not mistaken TRC20 requires a fee of 1 USDT while BEP20 is only around 0.2 USDT  Smiley
I have made USDT withdrawals several times and the fees on each exchange are not much different.
Yes, Bep-20 or BSC platform tokens can be transferred from one wallet to another wallet very easily and with very low fees. For which its popularity and usage has increased the most. People now mostly use the BSC or Bep-20 platform to send USDT because the fees here are much lower than other platforms.

But now TRC-20 platform charges higher USDT withdrawal fee than BSC platform.Because today when I withdraw a few dollars amount of TRC-20 USDT from one of my wallets, 13.66 TRC fee has been deducted which is worth 1.52 dollars according to today's market. But if I want to withdraw the same amount of dollars from my trustwall to another exchange or wallet, it is only $0.08 which is very less compared to TRC-20 platform. So I always choose BSC platform i.e. Bep-20 to withdraw any stable coin because the fee is very low here.

Hello,
I want to buy $150 USDT and send it to an address. Is TRC20 cheaper or BEP20?

Thank you.

BEP 20 is cheaper compared to TRC 20 you have to pay less fee in BEP20 while in TRC 20 charge one dollar fee so I will recommend you  BEP 20.
The time required for transactions bath are approximately same but fee is a bit higher for TRC20 so we should use BEP20 which is quite cheap so we should use it because what we need is cheaper than the expensive one. If we get it, we should choose this thing because we should not waste the dollar that we have, we have it is better that we  use in the transaction. Only for the fee because the fee is less and we benefit from it.

We have seen that when Bep20 first started trading, its fees were much lower. But TRC20 network will definitely charge the same amount of transaction fee if you want to send. But now two networks are very popular and very fast you can transact here if you transact then you can do it conveniently anyway network free no matter and there is no gap.

BEP20 has always been cheaper indeed maybe because the centralized nature of the validator but overall it is i think among one of the most consistent when it comes to fee.
i remember when transaction peaked in BSC back then when metaverse was a thing and every little thing requires transaction BSC is the only one that consistently require low fees.
right now it has increased i think due to the fact that there has been something going in blockchain such as inscription and so on. i've seen many contract execution within the blockchain explorer these days with tron i think that has something to do with the fee overall.

My personal experience is that BEP20 is cheaper than TRC20 in the past, yes, maybe TRC20, now TRC20 has changed the gas transaction fees, I think that's why I chose BEP20, it's cheaper. TRC20 is the second choice of network that I chose after BEP20
thats true right now TRC20 increased its fee everywhere, i've seen plenty exchanges that have increased the fee for TRC20 significantly higher than using BEP20 or even using MATIC blockchain

Trc20 or Bep20 so in this we have if I talk then Bep20 is very strong and great system and Trc20 is such that its fee is also very high. As for Bep20, I think Bep20 has a lot of uses and a lot of people are using it in a good way and contributing to it in a very good way and a lot of it. More projects are being launched in Bep20 and compared to Trc20. But no one takes projectial interest in it, so Bep20 is much better than Trc20 in my opinion.

Both have very low fees. And both take less time. Centralized exchange TRC 20 is widely used. However, many exchanges do not yet support BEP20. BEP20 fees are very low.

Hello,

I can only use those two when I make a transaction to withdraw or transfer my cryptocurrencies to other exchanges. But there are other exchange platforms where Bnb is more expensive than Trx.

So, I still use Tron most of the time. But I have the same holdings as those, to be honest. Because I still see potential in them in the future. The Tron just looks like it's doing nothing, but when the bull run comes, it's sure to happen, and its price will move in a way that most people don't expect for sure.
to be fair the fee that some exchange have for withdrawal or deposit depends on the exchange themselves, like this silly thing about eth gas fee, when it was cheap back then in exchange the fee is also cheap, but later on when gas fee suddenly increase at around the time where everyone is minting NFT and interacts with a lot of smart contract and the fee increase to as high as $100 then exchange raises the fee for eth significantly, but afterward, when eth fee aren't exceeding $2 the fee in these exchanges are still high even as high as $20 or more, thats the thing with exchange, can't really determine the real fee from these exchanges.

I think bep20 and trc20 also cheaper gas fees but most of people use it bep20 for low network fees with faster transaction. You should avoid erc20 network because there has lot of gas fees which isn’t comfortable for small and middle class investors. So you can choice anything for which best comfortable for your work
if the dapps that you are looking for are deployed in the L2 like optimism, arbitrum and so on it might be a good thing to use these blockchain instead since the fee is significantly cheaper also it save you from some complicated thing like the need to have native coin as a gas since L2 also uses ethereum, also most of exchanges accept ethereum from L2 anyway. it does really make it more convenient than dealing with BSC or TRON.
I personally has rarely used ethereum blockchain since as you know the fee is not affordable and so far L2 suffice in any way.

Hello,
I want to buy $150 USDT and send it to an address. Is TRC20 cheaper or BEP20?

Thank you.

According to the latest data from BitInfoCharts, the average transaction fee for Ethereum (ERC20) is $9.65, for Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) is $0.15, and for TRON (TRC20) is $0.01. Therefore, based on these numbers, TRC20 is the cheapest option to send USDT to an address, followed by BEP20 and then ERC20.

However, these numbers are subject to change depending on the network conditions and the gas price you choose. Therefore, you should always check the current network fees before sending any transaction. You can use tools like GasNow for Ethereum, [BSCScan] for Binance Smart Chain, and [TRONScan] for TRON to monitor the network fees and gas prices.

I hope this helps you. Have a nice day! 😊

BEP20 should be cheaper, but TRC20 is more widely used. I'd go with the latter if the plan is to hold this for the long term, there's is no point in holding something that's only supported by one centralized exchange, and a couple of DEXes.
More widely used? I can’t say for sure, or maybe you’re right. But I don’t ever remember transacting USDT on TRC20, and the people around me too. We’re were mostly dealing with ERC20 until ethereum gas fee went too high and BEP20 seemed a better option. Since then, I haven’t seen any need to use anything else (even if I’ve heard that TRC20 is cool too). Maybe it offers something that BEP20 offers? But I THINK BEP20 Is more used.

In binance withdraw fees of USDT is cheaper in BSC chain than tron. In other exchanges they are mostly the same, as far as I know. Other exchanges charge 1USDT in withdraw fees in both chains. I think in some cases bitcoin lightning network or EOS is cheaper in terms of exchange withdrawal fees compared to BSC and tron. As far as i know tron and BSC chain is widely used and you can even use those in their ecosystem so they are the better option but if you wants to use only to withdraw funds then there are other chain cheaper than those two.

Sorry if I'm wrong, as far as I know, TRC20 used to be very cheap (cheaper than BEP20), but lately I've seen a lot of people complaining because the fees on TRC20 have increased drastically. for now I recommend using BEP20.
You are not wrong, because in fact currently transaction fees on BEP20 are cheaper than on TRC20 and everyone in this thread has admitted it. Maybe this happened because many people switched to TRC20 and caused transactions on TRC20 to increase which resulted in transaction fees also increasing. but eventually they will return at BEP20  Grin

It has been most popular network for it, but every site i have used that has accepted TRC20 has also accept BEP20. They are both widely used compared to some new networks like arbitrum, which i would prefer for a long run. As in the future anything cheap and reliable will be adopted as the prices of tx fees will rise with the adoption.

But i really wouldn't mind using either one of the choises OP has. If the fee is under $1 it's nearly free in my book.

In terms of transactions, BEP20 costs are currently much lower than TRC20. Among these two networks, TRC20 network is being used more by people. As TRC20 network usage has increased, the cost has also increased somewhat. I think TRC20 cost is a bit high but very convenient for USDT transactions. I prefer TRC20 because I feel comfortable using TRC20. Now you can try TRC20 yourself. Many people prefer and use BEP20 as it costs less. Basically, each uses different networks for their own benefit

In this case I say that TRC20 and BEP20 both are best but we talk about there fee charges TRC20 fee is high compared to BEP20 my experience is that use BEP20 because there fee is low if anyone not see there fee just talk about there function both are good both work correct and fast .

You can use both BEP20 and TRC20 for transactions but you need to see which one charges less in comparison. The five fingers of the hand are not equal but the fingers are used a lot, similarly the number of their users is not equal but in both cases the use of transactions is large. I think TRC20 may have higher transaction fees due to network usage and congestion. I would suggest you to use BEP20 because of lower transaction fees and hope you feel comfortable with BEP20.

I will suggest you to use BEP20 for transaction because the charges will be minimum as compared to TRC20 therefore if you want to perform quick transaction in minimum timing then BEP20 is better choice. Most of the people are widely using TRC20 for performing the transaction of  USDT but it depends on the person's thoughts that about which he thinks better.

Previously the transaction fees of TRC20 was not so higher but now there are so many people who are saying that now there is an increase occurred in its fees therefore if you wants transaction with minimum fee charges then use BEP20 for it.
