This is a better avenue than hiring gypsies or Ukrainians (LOL)
Trust me, with Ukrainians you'd get your money much faster and somehow I believe they are cheaper than what you pay for police via taxes. Gypsies could just run away with your money, but they're even cheaper. Or you could set his car on fire. When I was a kid there was a car blown up in my town every few months. Ahh... you're making me feel nostalgic Smiley

Bitcoin: An Idea Worth Spending

Ok. So he's doxxed. Now you're doxxing the rest of his family, but you still haven't answered my question : what are you going to do besides doxxing? Are you going to beat the bitcoins out of him? Sue him (ALREADY!!)? Cut his head off with a chainsaw and fuck his bleading throat?

What is so ridiculous about wanting to sue him?

This is the USA, where (despite all the e-anarchist teenagers on here) we have laws and it is relatively easy to file a lawsuit against someone who has stolen from you.
There is absolutely nothing ridiculous about it. However, it's been a fairly long time since he's disappeared and there's no lawsuit filed to this day. I get the feeling that you're not going to do anything. Not even sue him.

On a side note, if he lived in my country I would pay some Ukrainians or gypsies to break his legs. It's super-effective  Wink

This is the first time that a definitive address(es) has been verified so that now papers can be served. I say dox from both ends against the middle--file papers and publish him with his family info. At least there's a chance that one of his social media friends or family members will say enough is enough, thus hopefully apply pressure on Trendon Shavers to do the right thing, otherwise at some point the fingers may start pointing at them as being in on it.

If I somehow scammed this community, my last name would easily come to light, whereupon my family would have pressure applied to them, and they would surely hunt me down if I left the Sandwich, IL, area, to do such. (sentence doesn't read right, but you get my gist)

Yeah, a real boom to the bitcoin community when uncle sam takes interest in it. Are you for real? I had 900 coins invested when he defaulted, and I could care less what pirate is up to. Don't you guys take responsibility for your own actions?

Just out of curiosity, when people say this, do they mean that they had given pirate 900 coins, or that they gave him 900/(1.07)^N coins N weeks ago (e.g. 304 coins 16 weeks ago, giving an interest balance of 900).

You are my man Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Thanks Zyk

Can someone with a pirate account (preferably several of you) submit one of these?

http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

This website looks like geocities from 1998, but I believe its actually where you submit ponzi accusations to the correct law enforcement authorities. This is a better avenue than hiring gypsies or Ukrainians (LOL)

Unfortunately it's not very productive to sue before ~60 days of non-payment. Criminal investigations take time, as well.

Yep, looks like the two of them are probably on a beach somewhere outside the jurisdiction of the US...

because of the bottle of real pirate rum??  Roll Eyes

Because I feel that the pic change isn't coincidental to BS&T not returning the money to it's depositors.

Trendon Shavers Okay, we won the best looking mom contest.

I think this just about seals it, along with all the other information recently connected. Trendon is clearly a family member according to that page, otherwise somebody would have called him out on it. Therefore, the image of him there is probably accurate as well. I'm wondering if he's the youngest of the Shavers Clan.

I have such sweet boys!!! And talk about good looking!!!

Does anybody know if McKinney, Texas, has a newspaper. If they do, I'm sure some gong-ho reporter would love to do a story on how one of their own allegedly ripped off $5M USD. May even make the front page.

So now the question is does Trendon have money to pay people at this point or has it been lost to Zeek?

I see a few possible situations as of today:

1) He's got a lawyer. And if he has any money, you're going to have to sue him to get it.
2) It had nothing to do with Zeek Rewards or any other Ponzi-pass through, and he's already absconded with everyone's funds months ago. The apartment is just a ruse with a VPN routing device connected through residential internet service.
3) He got caught by the Feds and has turned states evidence on his clients and investors.

Number 3 is quite interesting. It's conceivable the IRS might be interested in what happened here, or some of the money that entered the Ponzi's could be connected with something else we don't know. It's probably not as far-fetched a senario as one might think.
What if they've busted him over something related to silk road/money laundering, and are using him to try and locate others? That would explain why he went for a full list of PPT sub-accounts...
