of course it could be risky any way, but what could go wrong if you make a total reset of your hardware wallet?

As I understand, you mainly need hardware wallet just for BTC? Then I would say that both wallet are good for you. Prices of both wallets are similar, so you wont feel big difference. Both are really safe.
Personally, I use Nano S and I'm satisfied with it. When they released Ledger Live app now it's perfect wallet for me.

Ledger Nano has a bigger screen and thus, more options. Trezor is a second best option. Though, if you choose by the price, Trezor is a bit cheaper. But both are respectable hardware wallets to keep your keys safe.

My choice fell on a Lager Nano S as it costs less to implement and management a little easier TREZOR. If the price is not important, you can buy any. Sorry for my English.

It doesn't look like you got your answer for this question specifically. They have desktop software (which you have to download, of course) for sending out transactions and you use it pretty much like any other wallet while your device is plugged in. You don't have to type anything manually on the device itself. Here are step-by-step instructions:

Much appreciated ! I am set to buy the trazor, but since u said do Not buy from re sellers now now suspicious of every single reseller out there even reputed ones on ebay !...
Problem is i need to pay with PayPal and original trazor website wont accept paypal Sad

Any recommendations where to buy (reputed) with paypal support ??...

If you have a large amount of Bitcoin and $100 is Price is negligible, buy hardware wallet. except that electrum wallet is an excellent option.

Trezor is more secure, than Ledger. And it is an open-source, unlike Ledger.

You are a beginner or pro I personally recommended Ledger Nano S is better than Trezor. Because Ledger Nano supports more coins and it's easy to use as a beginner.

I personally think that the Ledger Nano S is more user friendly, as it supports more coins etc, but i think it really comes down to personal preference, and how much you want to pay. Ledger is ~120$ vs Trezor being ~100$, so there's really not that much difference there..

What exactly do you mean? From the wallet you currently have to your trezor/Ledger? You could just copy & paste the receiving adress for said coin on your hardware wallet ( ledger/trezor), and use that as the "send-to adress" in your current wallet.

(Always check if you copied the right adress, there have been instances where people lost their coins due to clipboard malware!)

I think ill have to read more to understand how on earth can i send money from my ledger wallet to another address...
