i would take it this way - to have the list of things sorted as to where and what we need out of the exchanges, how much is the budget that needs to be allocated for doing this, and see whats the level of exposures the exchanges would be having... and then we can get some discussion setup with them to know what they can offer and their rates/ fees

How much is the rate for this coins, is it has a good price, since the total supply of this coins is insanely huge.
