I understand that everyone is having a bit of a problem with the price of it and I understand that bitcoin has gone up so much which made altcoins go down which affected tron as well but people are ignoring the real underlying problem of tron as well. What we have here is a decentralized coin that is truly decentralized but there is a guy who wants to have an influence over it if he can.

Justin Sun in reality can't change anything in Tron if we do not allow it, if we say sun is done with we could do that, and there is nothing he can do about it which is the decentralization part of Tron however the fact is he doesn't stop and he talks about it and does something about it and he comes up with stuff that if we all agree that could change it, so he has too much influence which sometimes that is problem with some investors.

Sure, I find the possibility of projects going back to ATH as unlikely, projects are old and more applicability is harder. Furthermore, investing in new projects will be a higher priority than re-selecting old projects and waiting for ATH to happen.
