Yup without hashtag even just pressing share button is allowed but you need to be on top 50 on spreadsheet to be paid. So check the spreadsheet first. And the bounty manager said if you not on top 50 on spreadsheet, you won't be paid

EDIT: I check the spreadsheet and you are on 48 on fb campaign and 61 on twitter campaign but you not input the Truckcoin Address to both and there is also a problem with fb campaign
