Hello,
AmaduesThanks for attention to our project and interesting questions.
I was checking my mail and saw your mail:
1)"Hackers tried cheating with our security system and withdraw more than 8 BTC from the game! But, our security system could stand these attacks! As the result we’ve detected and neutralized more than 16,000 users who tried to trick True Flip."
What kind of breach are we talking about? Was this attack affected to fairness of past lottery rounds? Please clarify.
As for the first question, there were many hackers who created botnets or fake accounts which were registered using fake emails, or fake social network accounts.
Some insolent cheaters have created 150-200 fake accounts to get free tickets.
In addition, there were attempts of cracking the backend of our system, but they did not succeed.
All of them have stolen nothing from our system, and couldn't succeed in changing its code or algorithms.
Our system is still clear and transparent. Each day our security team improves it program and makes it more stable.
In the future, we will improve our security system. We will implement a two-factor authentication by player's desire to ensure accounts are safe and legit.
2)"At this point, withdrawals are carried out manually."
This isn't good sign and known practice for gambling site. It's a widely known fact that nearly 90-percent of sites offer instant withdrawal. Is this decision temporary or permanently due to hacking attacks?
This is a temporary measure. We, at Trueflip, will try to start automatic payments in early July. One of our future goals after a successful ICO is to make Trueflip decentralized, and transfer all payments to smart contracts.
