I believe bullrun still out there and waiting for the right time to be unleashed. There are many signs that bullrun is coming anytime soon as experts says and predicted would be end of the year of course because of some good news circulating especially from some alternative coins projects.
Last year, many experts also told about the arrival of the bull run at the end of the year, but 2019 is already ending and nothing is happening. experts do not know anything. stop listening to them

in my opinion, the bull already coming back to crypto market, but still focused on bitcoin for now
but, a lot of alts will die, only a good and solid alts will survive my friend
Maybe you can describe the last bullish trend as a bubble, because back in 2017, almost no project was backed by some real products. Right now, things are getting better and almost all new projects have a working product behind their coin. Maybe it was a bubble, but right now, it is a healthy industry.

I also believe that the last bullish movement was a bubble , but there are many facts if the technology is useful then the bullish trend can continue further , as bitcoin is very much changing people's lives.

When bull run happened way back 2017 almost 90% didn't expect that it will happened, all critics of bitcoin by that time became silent or speechless. Especially when they've found out that the price was continuously increases until it reach the peak value in which is more than 20k$.
So, my answer is False, the market was very unpredictable and this has been said several times and we really don't know what could possibly be happen in the near future.

One thing I've found very useful in establishing some context is to look at the long-term charts with a logarithmic scale. Prices increase so much that any bull run makes previous years' movement just look like a flat line, which wipes out any understanding of history. With the log scale, the overall trend is much more readily apparent. You can see from the chart below that the huge dip from Jan 2018 to Feb 2019 was really nothing to worry about - although on the linear scale charts it looked quite bad.

Bull run will still happen, take a look at the coming BTC halving, history says BTC halving is always every four years and any year preceding the halving it's always bull run, so I assume 2020 is bull run

No not at all, as the market is volatile, bullish and bearish trend will come and go from time to time. So bull run will come again. Many people say that the bullish trend is just a fake. They say there are big people who just cause bullish trend for their own benefits. But I think demand and supply play a great role in bullish and bearish trend.
Bitcoin bullrun is not gone for good mate,not lost and still around the corner,to me its just getting started just learn to have patience and in time better bullrun will take place
