You are saying this as an automated script which pay from new investor money to old one. But you have fixed 100 hours to get 200% back. How it is sure that site get enough money from new investor to double the initial investment within 100 hour. So it sounds this will not sustain for more days. I will stay away.
If the wallet is empty, it's croned (cron job) every hour till there are.

Yeah need a promotion , open a giveaway, it would be much easy to get promoted your side or Open a signature campaign if you wanna run your Ponzi for long term.
