Not starting wars, while at the same time being very influential in foreign policy is quite remarkable. I think he will be successful with NK if re elected. As for "failing to avert the pandemic," it's likely a scientific impossibility to prevent a pandemic.

Remember that we're all armchair generals here, back forecasting to Jan/Feb/March but with a huge amount of data today that we didn't have then.
