What you think is right, this is likely a big scam. Usually, scammers will use known personalities and make a project under that name because it was attractive and appealing to the public. They'll hype the project, keep promoting it, and sometimes they use social media influencers to spread the information. And this Trump Coin is not far from being one of them, in fact, if we really have to think deeply, Trump will never do this but unfortunately, scammers do it and ruin the reputation of other personalities. Not all are appealing of course but some of them are only annoying although those who are serious on earning a profit out of them won't even care about that fact. Marketing is important so all sorts of it are going to be ventured by them as long as they have a budget.
