These politicians can do anything to get back to power and I don't understand why didn't he fulfilled his previous promises when he won ? What's the guarantee that he will fulfill what he has promised? I think we need to consider what's best or who's best candidate for the country and vote instead of going by promises because we know either of them won't be fulfilling it.

In part he cannot fulfill many of his campaign promises because most of them are extreme and could be deemed to be unconstitutional and be reversed, that is what happened when he signed an order to ban people coming to the United States from Muslin majority countries, someone took the case to the courts and a federal judge ruled out the ban on people because of their place of origin and their religion from entering the USA was against the constitution.
That is how it works in the United States, the president is one of the maximum authorities but the power in the country is divided in several branches, that prevents from one single person to govern at their will and whim, making the rules of the country and having nobody to challenge whether those rules/executive orders are okey or not.
That is part of why many within the political left are scared of Trump co.ing back to power and try to turn the UsA into a dictatorship, getting rid of the separation of power, so there will be no judge to challenge his executive orders. If the Senate and the house of representatives are also under the control of the Republican party after November, then it would make things easier for whatever plan Trump has on mind.

It was a voluntary give-back, for political reasons, not for legal reasons.

Cool
Maybe in BADeckerville.  But not in the real world.  You're either being intentionally dishonest or you're putting quite a bit of effort into maintaining an impressive level of ignorance.

I really am not sure if you actually believe most of the nonsense you post.  I think it's more likely that you are knowingly spreading lies after realizing the thing you believed was not true, but I'm not 100% sure.

Things come from where they come.

Now don't go sending the food you ate last night back to the grocer. Trump had the docs legally and rightly, with no requirement to send them back anywhere.
Cool

I am afraid that is only in your world. Once he stopped being president he had to give all back.

It was a voluntary give-back, for political reasons, not for legal reasons.

He was not only holding them, it is that he repeatedly ignored the requests to simply send these back. It is a very well known timeline, it is just stupid to deny.

Quote
Mr. Trump, still determined to show he had been wronged by the F.B.I. investigation into his 2016 campaign’s ties to Russia, was angry with the National Archives and Records Administration for its unwillingness to hand over a batch of sensitive documents that he thought proved his claims.

In exchange for those documents, Mr. Trump told advisers, he would return to the National Archives the boxes of material he had taken to Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Fla.

Mr. Trump’s aides never pursued the idea. But the episode is one in a series that demonstrates how Mr. Trump spent a year and a half deflecting, delaying and sometimes leading aides to dissemble when it came to demands from the National Archives and ultimately the Justice Department to return the material he had taken, interviews and documents show.

At this point, does it really matter that he says aboute the declassifying of documents? Because we all are well aware Trump runs his mouth a lot and say things he does.not even actually mean to fulfill in the first place.
Remember the wall Mexico was to pay for or the Replacement for the Healthcate program known as ObamaCare. ??
As a politician, he has a free pass to lie and say whatever he thinks it cluld help him to won this election. In this occasion, Trump knows much of his followers are prone to believe conspiracies, so in order to secure the vote of those who have swallowed the red pill along time ago, this news must be like a complete deal maker for them to vote Trump in November.

If there is something to be diclassified and involved those things Trump is mentioned, he won't do it anyways, Trump is just a swamp monster posing as revolutionary political messiah.

-cut-
Except he didn't if you happen to watch the uncut version where he immediately backtracks when it comes to his friend Epstein:

Quote
“I think that less so because, you know, you don't know — you don't want to affect people's lives if it's phony stuff in there, because it's a lot of phony stuff with that whole world.”
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ZJorAVgHy7Y

No why would that be? And those others for some reason wouldn't affect people's lifes? Or is it because it's affecting his life? I don't think he is protecting his friends as i don't think he has any.
And like TwitchySeal already pointed out, he is all talk, most likely because he isn't interested to keep his word, and i doubt he knows what he legally even can do. Or he has been doing all his illegal stuff on purpose.

When you're president, you get access to all the documents.
They get access not possession, and definitely not to take anything back home.
Ahh why are we even using intelligence and Trump in the same sentence when he posted stuff on Twitter that was considered intelligence leak Cheesy

So, he will be able to do it with anything, and declassify whatever he wants.
I wasn't disputing ability to leak!

^^^ When Trump wins the presidency, the Mar-a-Lago raid documents will be deemed something that he could have and hold as President. So, he will be able to do it with anything, and declassify whatever he wants.

Cool

Glad you finally understand why it was not ok to do what he did when he was not president.  When you're president, you get access to all the documents.  When you're not president, keeping them in your basement/bathroom and hiding them from the government = crime.  Save that thought in case he doesn't win and is eventually held accountable for his actions.

Except that he did it when he was President.     Cool

People who try to publish sensitive information will not live long, if they have such information. For Trump, it's just a matter of PR. Nothing serious will happen. Cool

I don't know about the other two cases but do you honestly think the US regime will allow a puny president to officially admit they were behind the 9/11 terrorist attacks on America? They're already shitting their pants because of what has been revealed already such as https://thegrayzone.com/2023/04/18/9-11-hijackers-cia-recruits/ and a lot more.

Besides, he'll never kill what he calls "cash cow" aka Saudi usurped Arabia by admitting Al-Saud was the proxy they used in those attacks.
What are they gonna do? Invade Arabia, the only lifeline of Petrodollar? That would be the death of US economy if the Petrodollar were to be eliminated abruptly and if Saudi oil were to be stopped from flowing. Cheesy
