What I said is not blaspheme, although it'd be interesting to have some comments from the Muslim point of view.

I believe it's correct to say that this killing would be viewed as righteous by some sects of Muslims. The old sunni shiite viewpoints right?

But progressive Westerners WHO INVENTED the term "religion of peace" find this naked brutality disturbing.
