I really recommend you primedice ( primedice 4 right now actually ) they have 1% house edge and you get 10 % from house edge,
but if you have many refferals you can talk to the mods that they can increase your % of gain even to 20 i think.

i have personal experience with primedice affiliate program, and the earning possibilities look good there but the problem is that your affiliates don't invest much and them make small bets so earning is small too unless you finda high roller.

yup that good option,but OP want to pick good affiliate,not good gambling site,and rollin.io or primedice not a best on affliate programe. other site like sportsbet or directbet will give better affiliate programe.

You get 40% of your referral's losses on fortunejack, dice(there's separate cashback offer for the users) is not included in referral though only casino games.

As based upon my experience rollin.io and primedice are nice to promote to get referral, both sites are running legit gambling business so if you are lucky to get big rollers than you can make very huge profit risk free just by referring other to these sites.

about roll speed i have to say they usually are depending on a lot of criteria. for example your internet speed, the site's server power, and the current traffic. but also i know for a fact that primedice slows down your rolls if you are making small bets like 1000 satoshis but you are super fast if you are betting big like 1BTC

But one little downside is that everyone can just make an endless amount of anonymous accounts, so you might lose your referred user pretty fast if he just makes another instant account.
