We are glad to see the OP has received his withdrawal and the issue itself has been resolved, without we seeing this thread at all.

In the meantime, for the sake of maintaining an open and transparent line of communication with the Bitcointalk community, we have looked into the communication matters involved here, as it seems to be what got the OP banned:
they blocked me they said im rude to them, i keep telling them, they must be up on something.

Fortunately we have located our chat history with the OP. We found the OP was abusing the Live Chat function. Specifically, he repeatedly harassed the CS team with the same message, and started a total of 13 conversations with the same message simultaneously:


Such behavior, as serjent05 has pointed out, violates our T&C and subsequently got him banned.

We do allow our CS team to ban very abusive users because there have been cases of extreme individuals behaving badly towards our CS team. In fact, one of them once sent a d*ck picture to our CS girl, so we have to have certain measures in place to protect our employees.

Could you please explain to me what the OP is to apologize for?

Though the matter has been resolved but incase of future occurrences, Op didn't behave in his best interest and the interest of the company.
1.Check the title of Op, "TRUST DICE WIN SCAM..." Op wouldn't have called it a scam at first without actually exhausting the wait time given him by the customer care.
2. Also Op spammed the customer care by opening alot of tickets within few mins which was the main reason for restricting him.
So if you accuse someone of scam when they are not scammers. The accuser needs ito apologize.

The title would have been fine it it reads thus "Trust Dice don't let me withdraw "

If ops continue to accuse the casinos if r his deposit was refunded before banning the account.
This Only shows how we can give a start towards Trust dice, though they did not respond in this thread? yet they act as a legit gambling site and responsible business .

Maybe its time for this thread to be reported ? so the MOD will lock this as there is nothing to discuss anymore and if OP is truly wanting to put accusations ? then there is a proper forum to bring that and not in this section .

I mean your country might not be allowed in the site ? And you tried accessing the site through VPN ?
Or any multi account scenario ?
Moreover it would be better for us to understand about the whole scenario if you can post ss of your chat with Customer support before allowing you to withdraw your depost.
At last you learnt a lesson, and next time while choosing the casino to play, you must have a good check on it.

He violates the casino ToS by disrespecting the customer support of Trustdice. This user sends abusive words to the support when he reports his stuck withdrawal issue. He is frustrated on a long time waiting for his withdrawal that's why he attacks the support out of frustration. His account is already banned in the casino after and I was surprised that he still wants to play after the issue that cause for the reputation of this casino.

If i were the Trustdice site? i will not return His funds because of that violation and he is not worth respect from the site.

I same ops after creating a thread will abandon the thread without coming back to do the needful by locking the thread if your problem have been solved, this is a sensitive topic since it has to do with scam accusations against trustdice and if your problem have been solved you have to apologize to trustdice and lock this thread to avoid unnecessarily discussions and comments.
Am not sure how OP will accept locking this thread because according to His last post? he is campaigning for the banning or not playing in Trustdice when the site is generously return his funds after what he showed in their Support as His choice of wordings are literally out of line.
This shows how we can trust this Site instead of trusting OP lol.

That is what I support , If he only shows the site his chill behavior? if he can only wait for 48 days without bugging their support? I am sure he had no issue at all.

After all, it was Trusdice who blocked his funds for no reason whatsoever. We don't know if it was a system error or if there was any investigation. Anyway, if his funds have been released, it means that the blockade was for no reason, so it is Trustdice who should apologize OP.

It is completely understandable to me. As far as I understood, his funds were released and he was able to withdraw his money. However, it has not been explained why they were blocked. If he violated any of the rules, he shouldn't get any money at all. However, if he did not violate the rules, why was his funds temporarily blocked? This is a bit confusing and that's probably why he warns other players.

This should have been done by the OP or locked this thread after changing the title to SOLVED but unfortunately bad behavior not only he did to the Casino he accused but also in this forum after being able to get the money he was never online.

they offer me a no depo bonus worth of 25 bucks, thats why i created an account and the sad thin about it is that i won, then after that i deposited an amount worth of 14.9 EOS, i lose all of my deposit, then i try to withdraw an amount of 0.0042 bitcoin, then support says come back after 24 hours, then 24 hours later i came back, asking whats the update on my withdraw because it hasnt change at all it still under being review, then the CS say again it will be 48 hours, lol they must be up on something  after that fast forward  they blockdd my account and didnt receive any of my winnings they just let me deposit and lose what i gave them. im planning to report them on askgamblers .

Unfortunately, bonus issues and wagering are very often the cause of disputes. Surely the situation is very strange, but maybe before you start making any official accusations, try to get in touch in a private message with the people representing Trustdice here on Bitcointalk. It is possible that on closer inspection it will turn out to be a simple mistake.

They already explained to you that they are experiencing high traffic of transaction and get back again or check it again after 24 hours. I believe it's still less than 24 hours, though it is understandable that you are frustrated as you can't withdraw immediately your money. I doubt that they would scam you and ruin their established reputation just of BTC0.0042.

As fat as I understand. His account was already blocked without completing his withdrawal. His accusation seems valid because the CS acknowledge his withdrawal and tell him to wait. We just don't know what really happened before he got blocked since he trim their conversation with the customer support. Maybe a full screenshot of the conversation will help us to further understand but base on the evidence above I really feel Trustdice don't want to give the bonus.

This is very serious cause I wonder how and why would a gambling site wanna reck their image and repute for such amount of bucks. Except you ain't the only one in this as there may be hundreds of other person's too in this situation.

But come to think of it from the image of the screenshot of the OP, his story does not correlate with the message in the image as it's stated that from whence you tried to withdraw that's it just about 11 hours within the 24,hours time you were told to wait as a result if they traffic they're facing.

But in your story you said it's over 24 hrs to about 48 hrs from when you were told to hold on and do the withdrawal again.
So am kinda confused with the whole story and the one from the image. Or could it be that is there other things you ain't revealing totally to us?

each platform have their own rules and regulation that guide them 4 double or triple honour of customers who gambled with them in their platform so I believe but any case that came up between who patronize is gambling platform and the team who controlled the platform known quite well why some people violate the law that guide their gambling site

Very fast to conclude.
Though there are scammers in this industry and that made you to assume you have been scammed or attempted to be scammed because of delay in withdrawals. Delays happen and it doesn't mean scam.

According to Trust Dice team, you read same complain multiple times to the CS and there are some kind of abuse. Do not think that it is the abuse that resolved the issue. Next time try to be nice because the CS at the back of the monitor are humans like us.

Delay withdrawals doesn’t mean a scam, sometimes you just need to wait and listen to them.
If this case is already solve then we should not be alarmed anymore with this site. Anyway, Trustdice must increase their work force if they are experiencing high traffic since most of the gamblers prefer to have a fast and smooth withdrawal transactions, and this is actually a big thing for them.

^ And, act himself as a true victim in spite of the damage that has been already done by the gambling casino CS. I saw a lot of behavior like this, they are pretending to be a victim of the said casino but they are the ones who are taking advantage of the casino. Op did not know how to hold his temper and easily freaked out, this manner should be deserved to be banned, and even putting myself as a casino owner I will never freeze his account and not let to withdraw the fund since he is already violated the ToS.

its already 32 hours and they have no update and the status withdraw hasnt, but now i cant login on my account because they blocked me they said im rude to them, i keep telling them, they must be up on something. the only thing i did was asked them about updates on my withdraeal now, all of a sudden they blocked my account,  they let me deposit and lose my hard earn money then it is like that they blocked me and got nothing in return

Well if the rude behavior is the case, they have the right to block you from chat or terminate your account.  Just wait for your money to be refunded, I believe they will process it once the traffic is ok.
If they failed to refund you then it is a different story and you can file a scam accusation and post it on the  Scam Accusations Board
Agree, whatever the reason for throwing out hate just because the withdrawal is still in progress is making the OP out of control. The error caused by the user's carelessness results in him being punished for being a mess. It should not be directed at the support party. Because spawning takes 48 and before it's done the OP keeps making spam orders plus hate chat that shouldn't be necessary.

the case is over, OP gets deposit money. I think it's fair enough for both parties. because you committed an offense. no need to claim your winnings, those are the rules you agree to automatically when you register an account.
if you don't feel comfortable, just shut up and play somewhere else, which may be the rules that can make you breathe more.

If he's politely asked them and didn't receive the answer he wanted, he definitely has the rights to start worrying.

But after coinbox's proof, definitely made sense. Spamming support with repeat messages is just gonna frustrate things even further.

The @OP pretend like he's the victim and trustdice is the perpetrator, while the fact say otherwise after trustdice explain it. If you want to use any sites, please read the whole TOS first before doing anything like you want, because each casino has it own rules that you think isn't. Since this case are broke their TOS, the @OP deserve to get blocked by the casino.

The main problem was you lacked patience and you've been rude to the support. Here in crypo, there were times that we will encounter delays especially if the traffic is high just like what the support has told you so we have to be patient. We must avoid being rude to their support because they're also doing their jobs and they're not our enemies. They really have the right to block you from being rude. Also, the said casino site won't scam you or even ruin their reputation for such an amount.

Fair enough and thank you for the prompt response. This conversation is what I'm looking for because the OP just cut the proof and remove his message to the CS. It's really questionable why the CS blocked him for just asking about withdrawal.

If they returned your deposits, obviously they weren't trying to scam you. And, if they don't want you as a customer, chances are you've violated their terms of service. We are glad to see the OP has received his withdrawal and the issue itself has been resolved, without we seeing this thread at all.

In the meantime, for the sake of maintaining an open and transparent line of communication with the Bitcointalk community, we have looked into the communication matters involved here, as it seems to be what got the OP banned:
they blocked me they said im rude to them, i keep telling them, they must be up on something.

Fortunately we have located our chat history with the OP. We found the OP was abusing the Live Chat function. Specifically, he repeatedly harassed the CS team with the same message, and started a total of 13 conversations with the same message simultaneously:


Such behavior, as serjent05 has pointed out, violates our T&C and subsequently got him banned.

We do allow our CS team to ban very abusive users because there have been cases of extreme individuals behaving badly towards our CS team. In fact, one of them once sent a d*ck picture to our CS girl, so we have to have certain measures in place to protect our employees.

That's your side of the story since you got your withdrawal and your accusation is baseless you should lock this thread to be fair to them, now you know your lesson on how to ask for support the right way, I figure that they are annoyed and they have on their terms that they can disable your account if you have a violation on how you communicate with them, so everything is well now.

Well OP -- this thread of yours must be locked now because the case has been solved.
The problem that I have noticed here is that OP did not read the terms correctly, based on the terms that showed above, that is very common in the gambling casino to implement a delay of payment when they investigate the account, and will perhaps OP did not wait patiently even it's clearly said wait 48 hours. However, I don't like the feature like this, usually, when it comes to withdrawal all of us want to hurry to come out of our funds. There are better than Trustdice if they have a service like this.

Under their TOS you agreed upon registering to the site, I think they have the right to nullify your winning due to the breach of the TOS under 11.2.b and 11.2.d and 11.3

I believe Trustdice's action is just, and never intended to scam the player.  The supposed to be withdrawal inquiry escalates to TOS breaches because of the player's rude behavior and therefore the player brought these things to himself.  I don't find any fault from Trustdice here.

I hope you read the terms and conditions before making that deposit, each promotion comes with a condition attached to them, I don't know how accurate your allegations are against them but you can open a discussion with them in their official thread >>HERE<<
In addition, when it comes to bonus, you have to be careful because nothing is really free, you have to meet their requirement before you can withdraw such winnings like reaching a minimum after playing using the bonus that was given to you.

Since you have already waited 32 hours.  You should wait 48 hours and see what actually happens. Gambling sites have a lot of traffic so they often delay the withdrawal.  And since your withdrawal amount is very low, it may take some time for your withdrawal to be completed due to high traffic.

And if your account is really blocked then you have to admit that you have violated their rules. So you are temporarily blocked from their site. You should follow the email and see exactly why they blocked you. And you can post a Screenshot of that email here. By looking at that we will be able to guess your problem.

Can you share more evidence, I don't see the reason why members will come on this forum to accuse the casino of scam and blocking their account, without telling us the full story surrounding the action.

You should back read they have in their terms that you can get your account blocked, its possible that OP has annoyed the support team, OP should wait for 48 hours more that is the longest that you can wait to get your withdrawal if nothing happens then you can open a scam accusation in the scam section, but right now let's take their words that you are going to receive your withdrawal if the traffic eases up.

Well if the rude behavior is the case, they have the right to block you from chat or terminate your account.  Just wait for your money to be refunded, I believe they will process it once the traffic is ok.
If they failed to refund you then it is a different story and you can file a scam accusation and post it on the  Scam Accusations Board

It is clearly stated in their Terms of Service that rude behavior is not tolerable and subject to account termination.

I see now your case and this is what I'm looking for. The best solution is to become humble and apologize to them via emailing the support. You shouldn't show rudeness when talking to CS even you have issue. You should deal it professionally since you are claiming a bonus which is there incentive to player. You are just waiting so you don't need to be rude especially if they gave you a valid reason while you are not even waiting for more than 48hrs.

Trustdice representative is active. You should notify there Bitcointalk account to look in your case and pray that they will still process your withdrawal. Good luck!

You should not bring bad words or being rude because the support is still answering you , and yes that is only 48 hours that they are asking but still you kept asking them about your funds?

Maybe they will unblock you once the funds is ready but for now , maybe best to wait for a while .

As fat as I understand. His account was already blocked without completing his withdrawal. His accusation seems valid because the CS acknowledge his withdrawal and tell him to wait. We just don't know what really happened before he got blocked since he trim their conversation with the customer support. Maybe a full screenshot of the conversation will help us to further understand but base on the evidence above I really feel Trustdice don't want to give the bonus.

This is a serious accusation on casino that was already established here. Do you have screenshot on your conversation so that we can verify whether you are telling the truth and not omitting some lines of the CS. No deposit bonus should be honor and allow to withdraw if you already complete the required wagering requirements and casino should allow withdrawal without any deposit since you shouldn't play that bonus at the first place without any deposit if that is just a deposit bonus promotion.

Trustdice recently received a lot of complaints and some of them has basis. I hope this one will just an isolated case but this issue is alarming if it's proven true.
