I think it depends on player, for some of them wager x91 is a joke. They will do this in a few hours with small amount. We had a few very experienced gamblers who won like this during promotion. And there are some users who think x91 is too big amount and hard to achieve.
All users are right. So we are considering to lower this amount next time.

Personally, don't have any problem with their rules colliding with that of Stake.com. Signature campaign rules are mostly similar one to another, I think there is no need to ask permission. Just look at other available campaigns especially campaigns of gambling site. Most of the rules are similar, the difference is about the payment rate. As long as coinbox is not copying the whole thread then I think it is OK.

True, I've tried to check between Trustdice thread and with Stake, they are really similar but they arent copying the entire thread or template so there no wrong with it and as
said that most of Sig campaign rules are just similar.

I noticed that, it`s nice for a change that we have that kind of faucet on some dice site. I gamble with btc and I decided to claim just EOS for some time, when I gather some amount I will gamble with that too.

You can claim the faucet every 6 hours (if there was no changes since my last visit few days back)
Yes you can claim the faucet although you still have some balance IIRC as it works like a usual faucet site where you can collect the faucet without waiting to have zero balance.
