Talking about bounties in a project, now I have not participated in bounties for a number of years, I think there are things I want to ask about and maybe you can share them here according to your experience. how do you think for the moment determine whether the bounty of the project is good and will be successful in the future?
and in your experience do you have a recommendation that the bounty manager team is indeed very good? share your experience here, it might be useful for me and other people.
You can't determined the outcome of any bounty project, this is impossible, many are advising you to go for listed bounty projects but that's not the case either, they can still turn scam, for example blockburn that has decent value and trading on exchanges turned worthless after bounty campaign ends, the token is not even distributed yet

Prefer those coins/tokens bounties which are already listed on a new exchange or do a good search for new project partners, roadmap, team social accounts, previous history of the team. I think it will clear the true picture of any project.

Bounty manager isn't the main reason the project will produce many results or will be successful in the future. Well-known bounty manager in my opinion only guarantees that the hunter is certain to get paid. Project success depends on team performance on the project.

If you want to be safe, look for the bounty of the projects listed on the exchanges. For me to find good bounties I will be looking for good bonus managers, and bounties are appreciated by the community.
It's unsafe, the campaigns are still scam and do not make payments. I have been stuck in two such campaigns this year, they delay delivery for 3-5 months or stop bounty and no return date
Delayed distribution of tokens always happens in this market, so it's too early for you to assert them to be scam projects. Give them some time and see what they will do in the future, I believe the projects listed at the exchange will distribute tokens to bounty hunters, whether sooner or later.

For now I personally only choose bounties whose tokens are already on the exchange list, and also a very transparent team, because at this time it is still very difficult to determine the success of a project even though the two things that I said earlier are already in a project.

Still not a guarantee that the project will not turn out to be a scam. Just look at what happen to BlockBurn project where everyone was excited because the project was already listed in the exchange and people in the forum are shilling for it.

Then after the campaign, the price suddenly dips to zero and no bounty hunters ever receive their token to at least dump a dime. Team turned scam and project abandoned.

We all know most bounties nowadays always end up as scam. They either don't pay or cut allocation.

Here's how I analyse bounty project; I first take a look at the reputation of the bounty manager, then the bounty thread for the allocation, then I go through their team member list or check the reputation section on this forum to see if there's any negative thread about them.

Look for facts, that is how you determine a project with potential, this year projects that started from scratch with no fund at all, I can say they have no future unless they have private investors. Because tokensale is not attractive to investors anymore unless they can launch an IEO on binance and other top exchange.  There are some trusted managers like yahoo62278 and Hhampuz but they are rarely doing social media bounties they focus on BTC paid signature campaign. I guess they have tight verification on projects they have managed. I have joined several of their campaigns before and it is worth it but there are some inactive projects they manage. Some managers accept any projects because they are paid in Fiat or BTC, ETH  they don't care even if it is suspicious be careful with it.

Nowadays almost 90% bounties are fake and the same is Bounty manager. Some bounty manager are even not intimating about their reward distribution and while you are claiming the reward at a later date they told that you are not eligible now for the reward as the distribution already finished. Again, if you are participating 10 bounties, from there only 3 or 4 will become legit and remaining are scam. Do the work at your risk. If you have no work the devote your free time get whatever and be happy with this.

maybe what you say is very likely and I also often get stuck in a very lucrative project at the beginning but the end is only a failed project, so for now I am looking for a recommendation for some bounty managers who already have a good reputation for a bounty project.
Yes, only at this time bounty managers who have a good reputation rarely hold bounty projects, so it is difficult to find them in bounty projects and most of them already hold projects that are in service, because projects that are in service are paid in the form of BTC and payments are also made every week.

Honestly speaking, almost all the bounty are shit scam prpject other than less than 1% of the project. It would be better not wasting your time unless it's a good campaign manager managing the project. Better stay away from newbie or shit campaign manager.

As bounty hunters its your job to find a good campaign don't just rely on others suggestions you should always have your own way to determine  if the project you want to be part is legitimate.

As for my suggestions I create a thread that only list a bounty coins or tokens that only listed in exchange.

thank you for one of the suggestions that you have given I think I have followed the bounty in that thread and indeed for some bounties it was a successful project where until now the project is still running.

Just because a project is listed on exchange don't give them a check as a legit campaign, take a look at digitalbits, they are listed on exchange and doing absolutely great still refuse to be pay hunters reward,
To me that is not an authentic criteria to determine which campaign will be rewarding, there are so many disappointment from project owners that left hunters wondering and confused.

I know that's why I said first that do not  rely in other suggestions always and you need to make your own research.

He is looking for suggestions so I help him by giving my created thread list in exchangeable bounty campaign . I also that not all of the list I provided is one of the best but there is also campaign in my list that paid weekly.

Yeah those projects are just too good to be true. Projects that give a lot of giveaways or rewards, even lying about token listing in one of the famous exchanges in the market today. To entice investors and promotional activities, they will do anything just be so observant and researchful.
The strategy of the project developers does exist, and obviously they will make and arrange the project as best as possible so that investors can be interested, so in this case we as bounty hunters must also be observant and careful in terms of seeing the project so that we don't get caught up in their scam strategy. wake up well.

Not also a fan of bounty projects. But lemme point out some things for you to atleast know if that particular project is a scam at the end or not.

-Their product. Always study their product. If it is possible in the future that there product will become useful, then a greater chance that it will be successful because it can be used by investors as well
 -Team's Identity
 -Visible Progress

 Hope it somehow helps.

At the moment it is very difficult to find a good bounty program, I am very selective now in choosing and my priority is:
1. Token / Coin already traded | Of course this is because a lot of bounties have been done and have been distributed but have never entered the market.
2. The prize is in the hands of the bounty manager (escrow) | This is because many bounties don't pay, so with escrow everything is safe.

Good bounty team really is not needed. because if the project is successful then the bounty managers will not scam your token, I have worked here for 3 years and know all the campaigns. Besides, we have to make efforts in analyzing the project. We need to pay attention to the team and their partners. Especially for projects that are pre-invested and only carry a few tokens sold to holders, it will be a sign of a successful project. You can visit the website of Cartesi, Harmony for reference.

many prize projects now lead to fraud, to avoid project fraud, I believe the manager is more famous/experienced and also see the tokens of a project already listed on the exchange, you can find the name of the project coin on coinmarketcap.
