In addition to what Mbitr said, looking the domain name up on https://www.whois.com/whois/aramezglobal.com and it shows that the company is barely 6 months old and lots of information about the owners and its registration are not available, this raises more red flags and I would definitely not be revealing any information to that platform.

What happened to your Bitcoins that you need a recovery firm? Did you lose your recovery phrase/private key/passphrase or something similar that unlocks your coins? Or was the Bitcoin stolen from a fake wallet, exchange, or some other hot wallet. If it's the latter, there is almost no chance that you will get your money back if the thief knows what he is doing. But even if he doesn't, you would have to include law enforcement to get anywhere. If you lost your entire seed, there is nothing you can do. If you lost just a few words or a few characters from a private key, there are various types of software that can help with recovery.

My suggestion is that you explain exactly what happened. That would help to suggest what you can do next.

Since the agent you were asking about doesn't look good from what Mbitr wrote, I recalled a recent story on the news of a happy ending with a woman named Rhonda getting her lost bitcoins back. Keep in mind, though, that she had the password and was missing some symbols of her wallet identifier. If you lost the passphrase and don't know the password (depends on the wallet, but some do have both of these and allow recovering the money based on one of them), nobody can do the impossible and get you your money. Anyway, that story involved hackers who use their skills for good, and since there's a big success story with them, I thought you might want to try contacting them.
Here's the article about that story on BBC. This story mentions Chris and Charlie Brooks, and by doing some googling I found the website of what seems to be their company (please double-check everything before proceeding, though): https://cryptoassetrecovery.com/about-us/. I don't know if they're good or not, I've never used their services. I'm only sharing it because of a story I read in the news, and it was discussed on the forum. And they do seem to have a fair reputation on Trustpilot. Good luck with your funds, op!

A lot of red flags here - IMHO - steer clear

1.The reviews don’t look good
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/aramezglobal.com
2. 38.2/100 On scam detector
https://www.scam-detector.com/validator/aramezglobal-com-review/
3. NOT registered at Companies House UK
4. Business address is a residential Terrace House in Manchester

Hope this helps  Smiley
