- Advcash, Cryptopay have VCCs. I haven't used both for about 2 years or more so I can't give feedback.
- Someone (@Gentlemand IIRC) mentioned some days ago Bitpay having Mastercard vouchers in fixed amounts (something separate from their plastic card program).
- Coinsbee.com sells Visa/Mastercard vouchers as well https://www.coinsbee.com/en/shop It has a dedicated topic here if you want to read.

No KYC needed for Coinsbee, up to €1000 for Cryptopay, not sure about others

Is it so for Coinbase?
I've heard they added KYC for most of states/cities (can't find the article at the moment)
Coinsbee =/= Coinbase. They're two very different entities.
Coinbase is mainly an exchange (which doesn't offer virtual bank accounts, although, they do seem to have something in the works for VISA cards? https://www.coinbase.com/card), whereas Coinsbee is a site that sells giftcards (and virtual credit cards), for bitcoin.

https://www.coinsbee.com/en/ v https://www.coinbase.com/

And yes, Coinbase does require KYC, pretty sure wherever you are you need to provide some form of identification to them.

I hear a lot about this service here:

* 2gether = https://www.2gether.global/

Unfortunately I haven't had time to try it yet, but it looks like a pretty serious service. Let me know if you knew it or if someone uses it.

That site makes me think of a couple other giftcard providers which used a thirdparty VISA "tool" to give out Visa giftcards for Bitcoin, and when VISA blocked it, they went bust with their users funds.. (Anyone know the service i'm referring to? My memory doesn't serve me well right now.)

What i'm trying to say is, i wouldn't use them. I'm not saying they're a scam, but i have a really high threshold to whomever i trust to hold my funds adequately, and when there's already services like wirex.. Well, can you tel me what 2gether does differently?

AdvCash is the best provider for VCCs. If you're not from a supported country, consider taking a look at LocalCoin virtual card if you're Canadian, even though, there is no KYC required, I wouldn't take the risk if I were you (if you're not from CA), especially if you're planning to use load the card with large amounts.

As for what has been suggested above, then I can vouch for Coinsbee vouchers as well, they're very good if you're interested in doing small orders online (anything below 100 GBP) but I would like to add that that these vouchers may not work in services that require you to have a credit card issued in the same country as the one mentioned in your profile (Spotify is one example of that).

You mean something like https://wirexapp.com/global ?

They do require KYC. (I doubt you’ll find one that doesn’t require it these days), and i would still suggest that you don’t deposit more than you’re planning on spending, as i’m not entirely sure what happens to your funds if they become insolvent.

There may be a couple of other providers who offer VISA cards for BTC without the need of KYC, but i would be very wary of them, as they’re usually pretty sketchy.
