my money has been sitting in my account for.. awhile.. not alot, maybe daily up to 500? also not everyday, since i don't work and receive money everyday, but i do have 500 now in paypal.. 17% is abit high.. does it include paypal fees? if it does, then i should be ok.

Hi, i am accepting a fair bit amount of paypal from my work and shop online, and really looking to change these into something more valuable for me. At the moment, i can accept, Perfectmoney, Bitcoins, Webmoney.

Are you able to do 17%? and what amount you have? Also it has to be 24 hours since you last received paypal funds in order to avoid automatic paypal disputes.
