Look at the blockchain, he pays out regularly.
He doesn't collect money, he spends it as fast as it is possible, but after 3 am he'll probably go to sleep, so for a few hours there will be no pay out. We are from europe, in our country it is 23:48 (11pm) now.

Explain him how can he verify his ponzi as not a scam for you
I know him so I know he isn't a scammer, but you don't know him so you can't be sure that he is or he isn't, of course. Try with $1 and write if it works or not, then

no this one is part of his too but with a different name, he trys to act like he lost then so people know him then he will get your trust. Sure there all the same all those newbies posting the same scam. They are all working together, its not hard to make a new wallet, think about it
