Life isn't just breathing in and out, it is the perception from people on you after your gone. What were the impacts you made, what are you remembered by, what good have you done, did you make life easy for people... Because, it's said that, life goes on and your just passing through.
Indeed this is the truth of life. Friends will be unhappy if you come last in rank in an exam. But they will be unhappier if you top the same exam. It's really how human beings are wired. Human beings always put themselves first and all these relationships named as friends etc are just mere names people form because human beings can't live all alone.
Yes my friend, in this world no one can successful in this world but if we want to get success in life we have to work gard.
Understand that many people don't want you successful, your success is like a thorn in their flesh. They will go out of their ways to tarnish your image and spread untruths about you. Even the so called friends are the worst, they can't stand you prospering than them. They don't like seeing you broke but are always sad when you are successful. Please mind the way you flaunt your success. It is better to carry $500 worth of bag filled with $5000 than to carry $5000 worth of bag with $500 inside.
i am not affecting myself with these kind of people because i believe that we cannot please everybody and also,they will never be happy in our achievements as they will always say something against our success.Just live your life as long as you are not abusing or taking advantage of others.

Yes, that's the reality of life. That's why even if you have thousands of friends in facebook, maybe you only have less than 5 of these people that you can really count on in your desperate times. It is better to be happy alone rather than have lots of fake friends. So long you are not harming anyone, and your conscience is clear, you can live a happy and contented life.

Not really sure they don't want you to succeed... they most likely don't want to feel intimidated or affected badly by your success. If you could be living simple life or bring yourself lower to their level while being wealthy (and they know you are wealthy), I believe they will be happy and proud of you.
If you have a million dollar and live in a hut with a good community, you ride bicycle, serve the community, go to meeting with them, I believe they will be really happy for you and genuinely like you.
Better to use your wealth for others than mostly for yourself. People who buy expensive/flashy things (esp things that are not necessary) tend to have affection for those things(or could get attached or develop affection for them) than for people. I would say that the behavior you described is used for keeping ourselves in check: from being selfish, prideful, getting attached to unnecessary things over people close to us, etc. It is a good thing to be concerned about how people around us feel about the way we bahave... we should instead always behave in good/moral ways to please them.

What OP said is true at some point of time in life you have have somebody who may not like your progress but then it does not happen every time and with everybody. One should move on ignoring such things, because you got a limited time to make a mark in the world before leaving it. So, keep on working towards your path and create a value for yourself.
Everything in human life is temporary nothing can be hidden forever there is no shortage of people who don't like to be looked down upon. You have to make your own life decisions and try to move forward with your own planning strategies I'm still doing a lot of changes, enhancements, refinements, corrections over time. But in the end I lost i go back to my roots again the decision of one's own work is successful now.
It is common to some people, having an insecurities to those who are getting an achievements.

Jealousy is hard to remove and almost everyone has their own jealousy in our body. I'm not jealous with other success. I'm happy to see them become successful and their progress with their lives.
Just avoid those people that doesn't like to see you living your life successful, we have our own timelines and if they keep on looking like that to others success, success won't follow them.

I don't want to hear people who don't support me because that will annoy me to reach my goals. I prefer to continue what I do, and still doing step by step from my plan. I am sure people who don't support me will shock if somehow I can reach my goals in the short term because they can not imagine if I can get it. We don't need them, and we can search for other friends who will always support us in any situation and conditions.
There is two sides only there is no balance only a time where one is the greater and the other one is lesser from different time. Same to people you won't know what side they are showing to you.
