I think the most remarkable thing on that Leaderboard is not Hufflepuff but the guy who managed to make 110 coins profit with just 147 bets. This is what I call luck
Probably just starting with a bankroll that's large profited them that amount. You also have to remember that early adopters of Bitcoin could have mined a pretty large amount and played in Primedice in its prime (heh heh) and used their large sum of bitcoins there. Guys, don't get hyped on by that leader boards. Some of the stats are real and and trustworthy. But unfortunately there are couple of cheaters and exploiters on that record.
On that list are at least 3 cheaters that I am aware of (mainly Hufflepuff and his alts) and there might be more.
