Thanks, I think the Twitter giveaway is doing very well,  a few people are using exchange addresses and there are a few people with many accounts but it seems to be working! Lets see what happens.

The Faucet was taken down due to a security vulnerability ranggawulung

More exchanges are needed and i'm working on it, everyone else can help also, its your coin as well.

So today i noticed that Yobit made a tweet about maintenance request https://yobit.net/en/maintenance_request/  and I've filled the form in so we might hear something from them hopefully! (could be a long wait with their track record)

I've been about but i have a job also so sometimes it may seem as if i've deserted this but really i haven't and i'd much rather be doing this than stuck on a roof in the middle of summer 38 degrees. OUCH!

So whats cooking in the pipeline?

Well I'm still waiting for Yobit to change to Tubecoin, I'm also looking at getting a mobile wallet but i'll probably wait till we get more people involved before doing this.

There's a guide here to build the Tubecoin wallet http://tubecoin.co.uk/how-to-add-a-cryptocurrency-node-to-your-vps/

I use it every time without problems.

Sorry 1 slight error on that page

Code:
nano ~/.Tubecoin/Tubecoin.conf

I followed the guide - don't know what I did wrong, but it's running now

Also, anything I should know when running nodes for a coin?  Any commands I should memorize?  Should I be staking my TUBE in my local wallet, or is there a way to control coins through the node?

Thanks for the quick reply, by the way. Still giving away those node bounties? Wink

Well done, yes you will get your well earned bonus PM me your address and  i'll sent it to ya.
If you need to find commands just type
Code:
Tubecoin help

the same as you would do on your desktop wallet but enter first Tubecoin

Thank you Smiley  Sending you a PM now.  Anything else I can do to help out?  I've assisted MANY teams & exchanges - but sometimes my brain stops working temporarily (as it did earlier)  Grin  Regardless, if you need someone trustworthy - even if there's nothing at stake - I'm your guy Smiley

Thank you, you've been a great help already. Smiley

I can help out with this Smiley

Creating a VPS node at the moment.  Will this cause issues down the road?  When issuing the strip Tubecoind command:

I'm assuming this is normal, everything is still proceeding smoothly

So after a couple of days rest I've decided that a faucet giveaway was a not a good idea, BUT I will still be doing a giveaway for the people who help by staking their coins and securing our network.

Every Friday I'll be looking at who's been staking over a week period and then rewarding those with a bonus amount of coins starting from tomorrow. First bonus Tubes will be paid out on the 8th July 2016 before midnight GMT

I think this is fair and gives every opportunity for everyone to get free coins by participating  and help build our network, even small holders will have the opportunity to gain free TUBE.

How many coins are we going to receive?
This will work on my discretion, how long you have been staking and amount of coins you hold etc...

Can i use multiple addresses?
No, I will see if you're using multiple addresses from the same wallet, Anybody doing this will be excluded.

Do i have to claim my bonus TUBE?
No need for claiming it, You'll just receive it on a Friday GMT.

I want to staking some #TUBE via wallet.
How much minimum balance to be can stake?

Hello everyone i'm on holiday but i might login daily to answer sensible questions only. just like this one!

wahyu5 there is no minimum but the smaller amount of coins you have can take longer to stake, like 1 tube could take 5 days to stake, but 1000 tubes will stake after 24 hours. Staking works on network weight and the amount of coins you have. Its the same  as most POS  coins.

Hope this helps!
