Also, they have had an impressive outing in UEFA and Supercup against Real Madrid and Arsenal. Aside Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, Beşkitaş is another heavyweight puller to took out for in the Süper Lig. They have a lot to prove this season.

I watched this incident live and it was really horrible. We shouldn't see these things in football. These are just the bad sides of it. I'm happy to hear that Galatasaray punished him right away. And it is said that he is close to leaving the team as he got an offer from a Serie A club.

Lots of goals in this first round of the Turkish league. Wasnt expecting so much goals. Also top 3 teams fighting for the title all won. But Trabzonspor destroyed Malatyaspor in the away game,that team just looks too good for the Turkish league

Rizespor was not a strong opponent. However, Besiktas played very well. Besiktas' goal is to win the title. The points of each of their matches are very important for winning the title. Galatasaray and Fenerbahce will fight for the title. If the Besiktas lose points in a match, they will not be able to hold the top spot in the points table.
