It seems obvious that they are the team playing the best football in the Turkish league for the time being. Now if they are able to keep this momentum then surely no one able to compete with them, and they could be leader with going to end this season as champions.

Besiktas were the last team that Şenol Güneş worked with. He managed Turkish national team for more than two years after that and he hasn't been actively managing any team for around a year. Besiktas became the champions two times in the 15/16 and 16/17 seasons in the Super League. He is remembered really good there as a result.

It really looks like he is the closest person to sign for the manager position at Besiktas again. I think that this would be a smart move for Besiktas. Because the risk level is much lower than trying a completely different manager like Valerien Ismael. Şenol Güneş knows the league and the team much better in the end. Besiktas needed this change otherwise this season was going to be wasted easily despite having a strong squad. Let's see how much they will improve in defense especially if this transfer happens.

Super sub Kanak who came from bench on 80th minute done amazing job for visitors and give a brilliant goal at 90th minute which give them third win in four matches, and now they are out of the relegation jail for some time.

Delle Alli won't be part of this first eleven squad for sure as I was telling it. He probably has mental problems and can't keep up with how important can be this Turkish league for squad and fans. Beşiktaş actually doesn't exactly perform as bad as Galatasaray but defence line and goalkeeper are really not that good to become champion. Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray are better than Beşiktaş because of this mainly. They should do transfers to fix their dc/dcm positions.

I totally agree with you on this. Galatasaray started the game very well and scored very good goals. However, the red card shown by the referee was not correct in my opinion, if he had shown the yellow card, the match would have progressed much differently. Galatasaray, which should have won a comfortable match, lost its power because it played with the missing player and could not win 3 points in the end. It was a sad for Cimbom fans

Of course the red card came to harm Galatasaray and I'd rather not be blaming the referee, but that goal they conceded in the 90+1 minute was very unlucky, I think Galatasaray was unlucky in this game, they could have won

I'm really disappointed with the performance of Galatasaray which is my team.

I was really positive about beating Alanyaspor this time and finally ending the winless streak for two weeks. Their performance until getting the red card was impressive and I realized that I missed to watch Galatasaray playing this much willing to win. They were suffocating their opponent with a huge press and one of the goals came thanks to that press as you know. Icardi scored it. I still think that the first red card is disputable but anyway. Grin

I was still confident about Galatasaray to use their score advantage well but interestingly they couldn't keep it. Alanyaspor didn't have a big difficulty in getting that point.

I'm losing my faith in Galatasaray for the league title this season. I started to think that Okan Buruk might not be the right manager for the team but I know I need to be patient for some time more as well.

Today's matches are giresunspor-ankaragücü and hatayspor-beşiktaş. Ankaragücü lost 3-0 to Fenerbahçe last week but didn't play badly. They are doing well but I still think they can take points away from Giresun today.
