The first half of the match was balanced honestly. But everything changed in the second half. Galatasaray have controlled the half completely for twenty minutes and found many goal chances. However their productivity problem is still going on. They are one of the teams that have the most goal chances within penalty area but they are wasting nearly all of the chances. I wonder if the Umraniyespor match will be one of these matches too.
French man Gomis came as super sub for Galatasaray and give a most wanted victory to his team at the near end of the match with this victory now they can feel much confident and surely can go through at the top rank, even they still need to improve their performance for staying at the top because they are still lacking scoring attackers. Still, a good win for them against tight defense of Umraniyespor which was not allowing them for any good chance and having half dozen yellow cards under their name in this match now with this defeat they are slipping down and have next one more tough challenge as in next match they are going to face league table topper Adana Demirspor.
Galatasaray are still having serious issues with scoring goals comfortably. They found so many chances in the second half especially but had a big difficulty in finishing them up with a goal. I saw an absolute goal chance that Seferovic found but he wasted it in a very meaningless way. Gomis entered the game late and saved the team again. Gomis' late goal in the last 5 minutes of the game really saved Galatasaray from a draw and now they have entered injury time which it looks like this will already belong to Galatasaray.

It would be a surprise if Ümraniyespor win today, but I still don't trust Galatasaray. Maybe the match will end in a draw. I wonder if the new signings will play. It will be interesting if Mertens and Torreira play. There is also Seferovic. Will they play double strikers? What about Bafetimbi Gomis? Gomis was entering the matches later. He's also the only one to score goal this season. Okan Buruk's job is very difficult. Whichever player he leaves in reserve will be a problem.

It doesn't look like it started the way most teams wanted. Fener spent a good amount of money on top of the good finish they had last year, and got 1 tie with 1 win, instead of 2 wins, against easy teams. Galatasaray built a whole new team basically, and got 1 win barely and 1 loss, BJK ended up with one win (barely again) and another tie.
It really doesn't look like the big clubs are actually in the fight anymore. Back in the day these clubs had a clear favorite situation where they were champions one or the other and the rest of the league just wanted other positions instead, but these three big clubs starting to look like just another team.

The game played by Ümraniyespor against Fenerbahçe was not something that could always happen, in my opinion. The team was prepared and had plenty of chances to score. I don't think they can play against Galatasaray in the same way, they won't be able to score that many goals this time.
Galatasaray's defenders are not performing well enough yet, they make simple mistakes and they can concede a goal because of these mistakes. If Ümraniyespor can take advantage of these chances, they can get points from this match

I personally might try to pick Umraniyespor to win, as this Galatasaray look to have some unresolved issues and they still haven't got their best form so far.
There are always surprises like this in the first weeks of the league. Last week, Leverkusen, Barcelona and Liverpool faced similar surprises. In the first weeks of the league, we saw surprising results as the teams were not able to raise their performance to the desired level. After a few weeks we can start watching more predictable matches.
Galatasaray's performance was not bad last week. We lost the match due to the individual fault of our defense player Abdulkerim Bardakçı. I believe we will see a better Galatasaray against Ümraniyespor this week.
