The result was not as I expected in today's derby. Actually, I am quite happy with the score because I kept my expectations low and expected a draw in this match. Galatasaray was able to control the game early and the gap widened as the minutes passed.

I think with the way things are going in the Turkish league right now, Galatasaray is not looking like a team that wants to drop points any time soon if watched their performance against Fenerbahce you would agree with me that they were not the team that dominated the game but they were so good in defense and they took more opportunities they had seriously to score those 3 goals. 5 point difference in the league is not big enough to give them the league title but they have to keep the winning momentum going because they is the only way they can remain on top of the league otherwise Fenerbahce and Beşiktas may come from the corner to overtake them.

If we look at the current performance of these teams, Galatasaray should have the highest chance to win the title. Galatasaray started the season perfectly, they won every match in Turkish league. Even they could beat Fenerbahce in away match, it proves that Galatasaray is stronger than Fenerbahce. I don't think Fenerbahce and Besiktas to overtake Galatasaray position in the top of the table.However, it is still the beginning of the season.
