Asides from the free doge, I want to find out if you guys keep your coins in cold storage or how do you safeguard your coins?
I personally have many years of information security experience. I have reported vulnerabilities in many open source projects.
We use a tiered approach to storing coins. The website does not have direct access to the wallets. We also use a combination of cold storage and hardware wallets. We have two factor authentication to protect users accounts.
We also have advanced detection systems which will alert staff of attempted intrusions or even suspicious behaviour.
Tux Exchange takes security very seriously.

I like your site, the loading is very fast. Focus with a top 30 market capitalization is good idea, I more like transactions and save in stable coin. I want to know, what is the guarantee this site can survive for long time and are not scams? Tks

As much as I would love that, I find it controversial to add new coins. I find it better to be renown as a Trading Exchange for a specific coin rather than being a forgotten Jack-Of-All-Trade. The maintenance would be quite tough and dead coins would affect the website. It is better to keep it to small compact investors who are loyal to the website.

We only add coins we think are worth to list. We do add coins, but we don't want to list all coins that are out there. It is for security reasons, we don't want to get hacked, therefor we take security as the priority. Jump to:
