I had a look and was not impressed.

Main issue is the site uses it's own token causing deposits to be charged exchange losses. I also saw to withdrawal from the site back to bitcoin there is a massive 5% fee plus another exchange loss. So you loss 5 to 15% of your deposit before you even make a bet.

Where did you find the info about the deposit and withdrawal fee? Previously Twicedice said that there is no deposit and withdrawal fee so I'm wondering which one is correct, whether they charges fees on withdrawal/deposit or not.

Each Dagchip is valued at a fixed amount of 0.5 EUR, with no withdrawal or deposit fees, making the token cost-effective, and safe to hold for extended amounts of time.

@TwiceDice, can you clarify which one is correct? Is it true what is said by above user "win win win"?

Don't trust. verify.

Have a quick look at their bitcoin withdrawals section. 5% fee on BTC withdrawals. They use a 3rd party to exchange BTC to their token. I'm guessing there would be a hidden fee in poor exchange rates both ways.

Twicedice, I saw you mention an argument for KYC that applies to your fiat customers. I don't think it is needed for Cryptocurrency accounts. How can you justify KYC for Crypto accounts?

Whales will possibly avoid this casino due to that reason so maybe they should think about increasing their limits so that they can attract user since as you said many gamblers didn't like to spread their identity everywhere and possibly they will get small time gamblers who will just want to try their site so they should think about good things for betterment on this casino if they really want this to success.
I do not think that whales would care about KYC, I do not know many places in the crypto world where you can actually end up spending a million dollars without giving any KYC at all, it is near impossible because that would be money laundering heaven and that is why it is basically not allowed anywhere. All the above, we should not be considering this as a way of avoiding this casino, just because they have KYC doesn't mean whales will not come here, 2000 euro is a lot, I think they could drop it as much as 500 euro for example and that would still be fine.

I gamble in many places and I do not gamble a lot monthly but whenever my total reaches to a high level they eventually ask me for my KYC, there are even places right now (like roobet) that asks KYC even without gambling at first, it is definitely something that we should be considering normal at this stage.

Have to agree with you on this one.
Nowadays it's almost suspicious, if KYC is not asked at some point, and I'm talking not only about crypto world, but any field where money transactions are involved.

And it's not casinos whim to get players personal data, but simply responsibility, as well as responsibility to store it well 😁

Your casino is called, "TwiceDice" but I could only find one dice game... and it was hard to find.  Huh  I was a bit disappointed.. because looking at the name, I thought this site specializes in Dice games...  Roll Eyes

Well, let's forget about that...because the site looks decent and the experience is fun. The rollover requirements of 35x within 15 days on the deposit bonus is a bit tough, but we know casinos just use that to hook people.. the casino always get their bonus back... so it is nothing new.  Sad

Good luck with the site and welcome to the forum.  Wink

Thank you for good luck wishes 🍀

We do have special section for Dice games , but there is far more than them in the casino.

Thank you for stopping by 🌟

PS. Even though our game library has far more than just dice games, no plans for the name change so far 😅

That’s a bold decision to be honest.
And guess what are you guys were planning to change the name?
But if you listen to me the name itself is good only. It’s typically a good name.
And from my first visit to the site till now i have seen new updates in the site and it’s really good.
Moreover any plan to launch any promotion campaign?

Hi 😄

We have some campaigns running almost all the time, like Cashback Happy Hours on Fridays, Free Spins Giveaways, sometimes Cash Giveaways ect.

But it's good idea to launch some interesting campaign for forum users as well, not just for registered players.
That's the plan then 💡

Received a promotional email from TwiceDice including an offer of extra 20% (total 120%) on first deposit. They are showing good attempt to attract gamblers. But I'm wondering why OP hasn't given any reply to the enquiry of ‘Bitinity’. TwiceDice user account page UI is similar to Betnomi user account page. There are also similarity with some other things of both casino. Do you guys have any connection or TwiceDice is made with the same software provider?

Hello!

We are not in partnership with Betnomi, but I guess, we are both in partnership with same software provider.

It's possible you'll meet some other casinos with same looking features, 'cause I don't think we are the only ones 😎

Hello, I created an account on your site and made my first deposit, but I did not get the 110% deposit bonus is there something I did not do right?

Hello BIN-BIN

That's a pity you were not able to use the bonus 😯

As michellee has well pointed out: first you Submit, then Claim and then Deposit 🍀

But we'll be happy to provide you other goodwill bonus 🤩
Please feel free to contact me via messages with your players ID.

Will do my best 😊
My bad I was not aware I will have to use the promo code for bitcointalk, I just noticed that part now. Can I still claim the bonus on my next deposit?

Please check your messages on forum
We'll figure it out 😉

The bonus wagering is 35x bonus and deposit making it effectively a massive 70x bonus wagering which is almost a guarantee of losing your deposit if the deposit and withdrawal fees don't need to finish you off.
(for reference fortunejack welcome bonus is 30x bonus(only) wagering)

Twice dice terms and conditions are written in a confusing way to always favour the site over the player. The rules are set but no protection is placed for the player.

I had a quick look at the sportsbook and the MLB bets had a 14% vig(normal is about 5%)

KYC is needed

no comment on customer service

Until things improve I would recommend avoiding this casino

Probably they bought the software from the same provider, not really an important thing to be answered by TwiceDice since it is a common thing to see some casinos looks similar to each other or even using exactly the same software/script. It would be appreciated indeed if TwiceDice can clarify whether they are connected to Betnomi or not.

It seems their first plan was to create a dice site only so they bought the domain twicedice, but the plan changed and they decided to create a casino with many games including 3rd party games.

It is inaccessible for you does not mean that it is inaccessible for others, you can always check using an online service like downforeveryoneorjustme to make sure the site is down on your side only or for everyone.
The down for you may due to countries restriction from the casino's terms or it can be from your ISP that blocks you to access the site.
I checked the site now after reading your post (it is my 3rd visit) and it is still working fine without any issues.
This is the first time that I have heard of this website, and it's a helpful one to be honest and I think that I will be bookmarking that website because it's notorious in my country for the websites to go down due to really slow and archaic Internet framework so I have some reference that it's not us that has the problem but the website itself.

Is the site loading properly for you guys? I tried checking it out before, but it didn't load as I mentioned in my earlier post. Tried loading it up again and it still doesn't load.

The weird thing is that gamblers continue welcoming them and keep providing suggestions despite the fact that it has been down for sometime now. Feels like some of the posters left feedback without checking the site itself.

Seems they really did prepare the launch of their casino and I do agree that since they have a lot of games, the name twicedice is really not appropriate.
Because at first glance, you will think that they are only focusing on dice game but they are not.
Will check their sportsbook and let's see what odds they are offering as compared to known bookies here.
And if I may add, other than the seal coming from review sites, Mr Gamble and KIR, can they add the gaming license logo?

Hello TimeTeller,

Thank you for appreciation of our effort =)

We actually have License logo added in footers, just above AskGamblers Seal.

We also took into consideration all previous comments👋 about the License and added the Logo to our ANN

Getting there with your help 💃

Possible reason why you can't access the page is that your country is restricted due to Casino license.
What I suggest is to try to open www.twicedice.com with VPN enabled: this often solves the issue 👍
Does it mean using VPN to play in your casino is allowed? Or it's just solve the access to visit your casino only? I didn't find any rules on your ToS about using VPN. Because a case like withdrawal blocked due to VPN is nothing new on other casino.

We actually never had any complaints from players about disability to access The Website💪 or any of our Landing Pages, but we'll definitely will have a look, if something odd has been going on recently on a server.

Welcome to the forum,

The site looks very promising, and although many have already told you about the possibility that $ 2k to demand KYC for many players you will not like the option, maybe if they are a little more flexible and raise the amount so that they can attract a lot more to customers.
Of course it's just a suggestion, maybe going up to $ 5k seems to me to be a hefty sum for them to be able to demand KYC from those amounts, because $ 10k would be ideal.
