you are not a famous person then buy followers for your Twitter...

I think this is the safest way so that your account is not banned, and now there are many service providers who buy dual followers. or there is one more trick, namely you buy a Twitter account that already has a lot of followers and then change the account with your personal data, simple but usually a little expensive.

Both methods are really unsafe, there are ways to buy fake followers on social media but they are not real followers, they are just bots with no real activity.

Buying an account may sound good but there are lot of people got scammed while doing this since the actual owner can claim that their account was hacked and will use the recovery methods to get back their accounts.

If your Twitter account is new it's going to take some time for you to build it up. Best thing you can do is what you're doing now - post regularly and utilize hashtags. Use sites like FollowLike & AddMeFast or Facebook groups to get new followers/likes/retweets. This will at least give your posts a bit of a boost which might bring in more organic followers and retweets. You can also try visiting profiles that are relevant to your niche, following a bunch of people (maybe 50-100), waiting a couple of days, and then unfollowing those who don't follow you back (and then keep repeating this process).. Keep pushing yourself and just know that while your account is new, it's going to take some time for you to build it up.

Campaigns don't accept account which doesn't have enough followers, but its not so easy to gain followers as well without doing anything.

Just make posts which people like to see or just retweet the trending ones so you will gain engagements along with followers as well.

I often meet accounts of various social networks from projects and users who buy users or pay money to other people for it.

Campaigns do not accept new accounts, they require your account to be 90 or 180 days old.
Accounts with more than 5,000 followers receive good rewards.

It's not fair, but a lot of bots take part in the Campaigns, so if you follow the rules, you will only waste your time.

There were accounts before that has been banned due to it.

You mean to gain followers?

Most of the campaigns accept accounts but that are old, rather than number of followers.
But if you want to gain followers, there is an HT called #Followers.
This HT is used a lot by those who follow and you must follow.
I don't recommend buying bots because they audition you ...

Yeah, number 3 is very harmful specifically for newly created account because that's violated twitter rules & policies, even account get temporarily ban. Buy followers it’s not good because most of the time paid followers will fake in twitter audit. I think number 1 is effective way to increase followers.

I have created a newly twitter account with motivational related, I maintain daily post with interesting and useful quote and my all attention put on hash tag. Those who post regular, make other tweets like, retweet will get good feedback and gradually followers count will grow. You don't need to focus on buying followers unless you have no interest organic followers!
