My question is what are the next alternatives to twitter, facebook and google? I also think similar social idea can be raised in this forum to inform others when others bring restriction. Most solution comes when there is problem. Telegram and reddits are still relevant with cryptocurrency for now and it should used maximally.

Where are your sources about this matter?

Up until this time Facebook and Youtube are showing some of ICO's Ads. and I really don't know why it still happening even though there are rumors spreading that they will not cater any advertisement about it.
If Twitter will do the same then Twitter campaigns will be still there doing the thing for this Ads. or they will be banning also the Twitter accounts that is involve in sharing related ICOs tweets.

Social Medias are one of the best platforms in the Internet that can showcase advertisement and without a doubt this will really affect the incoming ICOs.

Twitter banning Cryptocurrency ads can and will take a major down toll on the Cryptocurrency markets. Twitter has grown overtime to be a major tool in Cryptocurrency advertisements. I know a lot of bounty hunters that do depend and prefer twitter campaigns to other social media. I do hope there will be a reconsideration later on, as regards their backing out.

Twitter will follow Google and Facebook's lead in banning cryptocurrency ads.

The ban will roll out Tuesday, and become fully enforceable for all advertisers within a month, including initial coin offerings and token sales.

It will also cover ads by cryptocurrency exchanges and cryptocurrency wallet services.

Is that a problem for bitcoin too or only ICO's ??
Last month, there's an issue regarding ICOs advertising being banned on Facebook and its on twitter now. I really don't know if there's a problem in ICOs but one thing that comes up to my mind is protecting the identity of people. Actually, bitcoin can be a source of danger because as you can see, it is really attractive in the eyes of people with bad intention. The thing is, does the advertising of ICOs in any other social media has been followed or not?

I don't really see this as a huge issue, I do not believe the advertising of ICOs is really a high quality or conversion means of advertising for these projects anyway. All these changes may just force the industry to become more professional in its approach.
I do not know why a lot of money will be abandoned from these social networking companies when they bans cruptucurrencies Ads, When all this money is sacrificed I think that will be an effect, they knows that this bans will make some differences from the actual situation !

Do you have any genuine link of that news?

Whatever,
I don't think that twitter will also ban cryptocurrency ads.Right now people investing on ico by seeing their announce thread on this forum. So if twitter ban ads then it't won't create a much problem.

BTC is pretty much established and already have a following so I don't see it being affected as much. It's really the ICOs that are being targeted. Let's face it, many ICOs turned out to be scams and these companies don't want to be associated with these. I see it more like how Youtube demonetized videos that their advertisers see as "not family-friendly".

Some may see conspiracy, I see it as business as usual. In time as regulations come out reducing the chances of a successful scam, they might allow ads back. It's one their ways of making money after all, at least Google and FB.

Google, Facebook, Snapchat, now Twitter. However I don't see this being a problem for crypto currencies in general. The best advertisements will come from news reports and documentaries. People will have to seek the information, unfortunately it won't be blasted into social media feeds anyone.

first facebook, then google (this is where the market conditions get worse), and now twitter also want to ban cryptocurrency, this is very bad news for the crypto world, where the market conditions are increasingly declining day, I have no optimism anymore with the current situation this

I don't think it will have a negative impact, not many people look at these ads anyway. Most people who are interested in crypto will simply follow the coin that they are interested in and see ads that they would see on other websites.

It can have an effect on the bitcoin prrice...obvoiusly any FUD that media creates has to have a bearing the prices of the crypto currencies. Also ICO's are definetely gonna get affected as it might affect the prices directly for the most obvious reasons.

Twitter has been a hub for the crypto advertisements and was much like the forum to promote the new offerings. So yes this ban will be affecting many ICOs. But sooner or later this was destined to happen because the regulators were keenly foolowing these scandals and their negative bearing. This had creaated a negative image in the minds of many people.

I'm a bit strange to twitter, why twitter prohibits cryptocurrency, while twitter legalize porn content. Let's think about that, better crypto or porn?

The problem with ICOs is that there are nor regulations in place. Companys need legal grounds to work on, so they need regulations they can work with. The more mainstream crypto coins will become, the more regulations will kick in and i guess the same goes for ICOs in the long run. So lets wait a year, hodl and see Grin

It's sad that a lot of projects are scammers and the more such projects, the more people lose money and this makes a bad reputation for all ICOs and crypto-currencies. Facebook, Twitter and other companies are trying to protect people from losing money, so it prohibits advertising of all cryptocurrency! When there will be control and regulation of absolutely all projects, then they will allow advertising!

There are two potential issues going on.

The first is the issue of trying to censor exposure to anything cryptocurrency related. It's possible that may be going on, though I rather doubt it, but even so, there remain multiple sources of information on all things cryptocurrency-related. Advertising on those sites tends to be better targeted anyway if it's crypto-related, so it seems that's where cryptocurrency ads will go.

The second issue is that within the cryptocurrency industry, sadly, there are lots of scams, including many ICOs, and those are the ones most likely to pursue advertising on more general sites like Twitter and Facebook. Those scams are a blight on our industry. I'm pretty sure that's the real intended target of censoring on the part of the big social media networks. Although I'm not advocating for complete removal of all such ads everywhere (free speech and all), quite frankly, any large site that does anything to reduce the amount of scam ads is doing the industry a favor. Hopefully our industry can get to the point of self regulating that.

Get yoyr facts straight. They don't necessarily banned all cryptocurrency ads on the social networking site. They only banned those cryptocurrency advertisements that seem to pose harm and thenones that seem very suspicious of a scam. Media only exaggerated tge news and told everyone that bitcoin and other cryptocurrency as wellcas advertisements were banned on twitter. Possibly to discourage investors.

These mainstream medias don't want to be stained by some scam ICOs or any scheme that involves cryptocurrencies. And this is also for the safety of their subscribers / users which right. Bitcoin will not be affected by this because by now, even without advertisement, bitcoin is being talked about. New ICO's will be having a hard time now but they will be deserving if they manage to pull off and gain investors without the help of mainstream medias.
