Twitter began to fight with cryptocurrency and bounty hunters.
As far as I know, even those accounts that have not posted anything for a long time have been blocked.
Massive blocking has begun on Twitter. Although the presence of hashtags mentioning cryptocurrency also serve as a reason for blocking.

with hundreds of millions of accounts, suspending some thousands is not alerting.  maybe twitter got strict on those accounts who abused twitter's terms and conditions.  it can't be denied that there are really some who have done massive spamming and farming and these accounts have done infairness to other crypto people.  in catching these, twitter may be using some bots to detect illicit activities.  but bots are not perfect, some legit accounts were also dragged and twitter is trying to manually re-check those who seek support to re-activate them.

In fairness to twitter, they are just cleaning their platform from these scammers in my opinion. Not all twitter account that involves in cryptocurrency has been suspended, those suspended accounts are doing tweets and retweets in which the platform think that they are just spamming in my opinion.

Twitter will always detect those mysterious follows and follow back an account received. I guess it was stated in their terms and conditions just before signing up.

Twitter had banned lots of bounty hunter accounts during last week, so that is not a news. There is almost no chance to unban the account.

The violated rule is mass following and follow back, these are against rules

Did you write so twitter support?  Some months ago my account was suspended so I immediately asked them and after 1 day they makes apologies because their anti-spam software thougth I was a bot because I made too many tweets/retweets in a certain hour. From that day I schedule every tweet as I can and I've reduced numbers of tweet/retweets made and I never had any problem anymore.

Mostly it will not happen. Twitter will suspend an account without the ability to appeal because it is against their terms and rules .

And the real problem is too many of you guys twitter participants were spamming twitter with thousand or even millions tweet in every hour. I like the twitter has been taking an action to prevent the users which used bot to keep spamming the twitter. With a one click and then boom your account will be suspended. Stop spamming anything.

Yesterday faced a very unpleasant event. Twitter has suspended the activity of my page. I’m taking part in bounty campaigns, and it’s likely that I’ve violated one of the rules of Twitter in this way. I was hurt, but I took it quite calmly and turned in those. support for twitter. But over the course of the day, 2 more of my friends called me, who were also take part in bounty campaigns and were also blocked on Twitter on the same day as me. What is it, just an accident or twitter fighting cryptocurrency advertising in your network?

I think this is a problem with the US policy regarding investment. This is problem. Already a lot of accounts have blocked. So I think this is a struggle. Well, this is their decision. Cryptocurrency will find another way to advertise.

I want to suggest that you, not only use social media like (Twitter) only to participate in bounties, but must be used more for others. Examples of communicating with friends, or posting daily life. My conclusion is Don't use Twitter too often just to promote crypto or ICO projects. It is not impossible if Twitter will suspend our account. This is only a suggestion, and may be corrected. Thanks

With time twitter will change their stand on banning crypto related accounts facebook did it and stopped when they saw it is tech that seems inevitable to this generation, but it could be another reason those account were banned but if that was the reason they will stop it with time medium did the same but now medium is no more banning it when they know crypto is the future.

Now a lot of Twitter accounts are really blocked, and it's hard to guess why they do it so massively. I just noticed that they block accounts where it’s signed: mutual following. In any case, many participants in bounty campaigns will find it harder to complete the tasks that the project requires.

This of course is very sad. I myself just the other day directly faced with such a problem. despite the fact that outright spam or a large number of publications per day I did not have. Also noticed that block not only those who PR ISO, but also ordinary users.

This very unfortunate for you mate. I also noticed that my followers suddenly decreased and now it make sense as Twitter are banning some accounts. Maybe because some accounts are violating some rules and I don't think it's related to crypto as my account will be banned also.

It is not a new problem to the market. Because there are too much fraud projects in the crypto space, the major social media are trying to protect people from getting scammed. My account wasn't banned, but I have lost over 3k followers.

That is what they are trying to do now but there are still a lot of scam ads that are still run on their site daily and a lot of people are losing their money from that, there is no way that anyone is going to be able to stop all of the scam ads as the scammers are getting more clever by the day, they are now suspending accounts which are related to cryptos

Regular retweeting a large number of twits without any other significant activities would flag the account as bot or fake account.
Regularly being involved in conversation, twitting on your own, changing profile pictures are some activities that would minimise the risk of being banned by twitter.

If you and your other friends had your accounts suspended then you were all probably doing something very wrong or against their terms of service. Were these accounts actually your friends accounts of just alt accounts of yours? I often see people here asking about their buddies accounts when in reality it is theirs. If your accounts were full of fake followers and just spamming bounty retweets then that's probably why, and if you were using them from the same IP they might have just banned all the others as well.

A lot of them are fighting the crypto ads not because they have something against cryptos but  because there is a growing problem of people using cryptos to scam others and the ads are one of the ways that they are getting to the people that they are scamming on the sites. It might not even end up happening but there needs to be something done about the scams
