It always depends on what the ICO company is aiming for but I'd say a good amount would be 500 followers to 5k

It's depend on the bounty manager rules, but mostly it's required minimum of 200 / 250 followers, and for the max followers it's doesn't have any limits, but the bigger your follower the bigger stakes you get too.

In bounty campaigns you usually just make tweets or retweets about the project, which has nothing to do with advertising tokensale. If anything, only paid ads will be banned. They can't ban tweeting, it's ridiculous.
Itdepend not all bounty twitter have not the same rules but for me not just always atlist Minimum of Bounty Twitter followers 100-300 and Maximum of no limitations it beacuse it takes to make widely thier project much better more minimum up to get a big stake in campaign bounty .
Every dev have different rules. But as long as I knew there is min follower is 100. But that is depends on bounty program 😊
